Can you come to my party?

Section B (1a-1f) 教学设计

一、教学目标：

1. 在语言活动中理解并能运用词汇the day before yesterday, the day after tomorrow, weekday, look after及句型：—What’s today?

It’s Friday the 9th. 2. 学会运用Can you…?句式表达邀请。

3. 学会有礼貌地接受和拒绝别人的邀请。

二、教学重难点

1. 教学重点：正确运用发出、接受和拒绝邀请的句式结构

2. 教学难点：

通过情景练习，能灵活运用表达邀请的句型，学会接受邀请和拒绝邀请。

三、教学过程

Step 1.

Lead in Look at the calendar and ask:

What day is it today?

It’s Friday.

What’s the date today?

It’s the ninth.

What’s today?（今天几号,星期几？）

It’s Friday the ninth. The same way to learn “the day before yesterday, the day after tomorrow”

Step 2.

Part 1a Write the dates for this week on the calendar. Then read them. Step 3: Part 1b 1. Write these words below the correct dates on the calendar in 1a. 2. Ask and answer questions about the days in 1a.

Step 4.

Listening 1.

Listen. Can Vince play tennis with Andy? Circle Yes or No. 2.

Listen again. Match Vince’s activities with the days in 1d. Step 5.

Practice.

1. Teacher make a conversation with one of the students and other students make conversations as they do.

A: Hi, Vince. Can you play tennis with me? B: When?

A: Today.

B: Sorry, I can’t. I must study for a test. A: What about tomorrow? B: I’d love to. 2. The weekend is coming. Do you want to meet someone to do something with you? Show your conversation with your partner. Homework:
