2. 情感态度价值观目标：

1) 通过制作食物的介绍,培养学生的实际生活能力,了解生活知识,增长生活阅历,培养实践操作能力和动手能力。

2) 通过食物制作过程的介绍,让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易,使之懂得不能浪费食物,珍惜他人的劳动成果。 二、教学重难点

Step 1 Warming up

Watch a video. Let Ss discuss the ingredients in this special food.

Step 2 Reading

1. Tell Ss to work on 3a. First, read the words in the box. Try to make sure the meaning of each words.

2. Then watch a video and make a list of the ingredients of the food.

3. Ss try to think about the ingredients of the food and try to write them down.

4. Check the answers with your partners.

二、Work on 3c 1. Tell Ss to use the notes in 3a and 3b and write a recipe for their favorite food.

(Write about the ingredients you need and how to make it).

2. 写作指导：

在描述制作水果沙拉的食谱中, 应注意祈使句的用法。在写作中可能用到的短语有put ... on ..., cut up等。另外，写作时可以使用first, next, then, finally等连接词, 使文章连贯、通顺。

3. 学生们根据写作提示，及指导的内容来试着写自己的食谱。

4. Let some Ss read their passage to the class. Give any help if necessary.
