一．Warming up 1.

Greeting 2 .

Free talk T: Boys and girls, welcome to the zoo. （带上头饰）Please put on your head dresser.

I’m a monkey. What about you? （引导学生介绍自己头饰上的动物。）

S: I’m a... （通过情景设置让学生迅速融入到动物园的氛围中，同时复习上一个单元学过的关于动物的单词。）

3. Say a chant

Here is a monkey, a father monkey.

Here is a monkey, a mother monkey.

Here is a monkey, a baby monkey,

They are all in the zoo. （播放音乐，边说边做动作，从而引出monkey一家人。）

二．Leading and presentation

T: The baby monkey is naughty, One day, he lost his way. He can’t find his parents.

Some animals can help him.

1. T:Listen, What’s this?

T: Yes, the elephant can help the baby monkey. Look, the elephant is big.

3. T: The baby monkey also can’t find his parents. Which animal can help him?

What’s that?

S: It’s a lion.

T: The lion can help him. The lion is thin.

Teaching thin （通过手势让学生明白意思。）

S: It’s a rabbit.

T: The rabbit is short. Teaching short （通过手势让学生明白意思。）

S: It’s a panda.

T: The panda is fat.

Teaching fat （通过手势让学生明白意思。）

S: It’s a bird.

T: The bird is small.

Teaching small （通过手势让学生明白意思。）

（以上环节通过帮助小猴子找爸爸妈妈的活动设置，让学生对动

物的形态特征：大小，高矮，胖瘦进行学习。）

7. Practice

(1) I say you do.

(2) I do you say. （此环节目的是为了让学生练习巩固前面学过的形容词。）

8.Look and find

T: The baby monkey find his parents, they are very happy. So they want to invent

these animals to have a party, can you find the right chairs?

1. This elephant is big. ( Write down the sentence on the blackboard and teach the sentence.)

2.引导学生边找边说出以下句子

：

This tiger is tall.

This lion is thin.

3. Group work: Help other animals find the correct chair.

Eg: This bird is small

4. Teaching ：

That rabbit is short. ( Write down the sentence on the blackboard and teach the sentence.)

通过距离的远近让学生用that 来说句子。

5. 引导学生边找边说出以下句子

：

That bird is small.

That panda is fat. （以上环节通过帮小动物找合适的椅子的活动来教授并练习句型）
