本课以红蓝文字为主要目标语言：There is a park near my home. There is a bank in front of my home.通过图画和文字相结合的方式呈现出需要听、说、认读的单词及词组：bank, in front of, bookshop, behind, hotel, beside, clothes shop, between, supermarket, across the road, hospital, near.

学会运用There be句型来表示某地区的概况。

（一）Warm-up: 激趣导学

Presentation 情景助学

What did Mimi and Micky do yesterday?引出小歌谣，师生共同唱诵，并总结ed的发音/t/.

设置情景：You all did a very good job. So let’s play a guessing game now.设置一个教师community的情景，让学生根据功能猜出教师的社区里面都有什么建筑物：bank, bookshop, hotel, clothes shop, supermarket, hospital学习单词及词组；

3.

Present the pictures of lesson8, and talk about them.
