Lesson 3 What Do They Do? 一．教学目标

A. 知识目标

1. 掌握句型He is a ... She is a …学生须掌握表示职业的单词，如driver,worker,doctor等。

2. 说出并且灵活运用重点句型

What does your father/mother do? He/She is a... Where does he/she work? He/She works... How does he/she go to work? He/She goes to work...

3.

培养学生正确使用本课所学句型，来介绍人们的各种职业。

能用本课重点句子和职业名称互相问答，并能简单介绍父母及家人的工作。

C. 情感态度价值观

在教学过程中培养学生的学习兴趣，并向学生渗透尊重父母的劳动，尊重每一份职业的意识。

教学难点：

让学生感知主语是第三人称单数时，谓语动词需加s或加es。

单词卡片，PPT。

四、教学过程：

Step1. Warm-up

Brainstorming about jobs 教师发口令，学生猜有关职业的单词。

多媒体课件出示部分职业名称，让学生试读，然后教读。

（设计意图：通过图片激发学生的学习兴趣，

吸引了学生的注意力，让学生在轻松的气氛中进入学习英语的意境。）

Step2. Lead in 出示李明的全家福，让学生自由讨论Who are they?What do they look like?... Step3. New lesson T:Today,let’s learn about Li Ming’s family’s jobs.

So today’s topic is What do they do?（板书课题）

1. Show some pictures of jobs and guess

T:What does he do? S1: Is he a doctor? T:No. S:Is he a teacher? T:Yes.(板书teacher)
