3. 了解各类电影和电视节目类型的节目。

4. 掌握动词不定式结构作动词的宾语这一语法知识；掌握后面接动词不定式作宾语的动词。

1)掌握句型

(3) ---What do you plan to watch tonight? ---I plan to watch Days of Our Past. (4)---What can you expect to learn from sitcoms? ---You can learn some great jokes.

(5) ---Why do you like watching the news? ---Because I hope to find out what`s going on around the world。

Revision . Ask about the TV show

Lead-in First ask students what TV shows they like .And then talk about them ，then learn the new words . Step III

Role- play the conversation (2d) First ask two students to act out the conversation and then make their own conversation .This step helps them to improve their oral English and speaking skills

Step IV Grammar focus

Read the sentences together and then help students to summarize the grammar

Step V Practice (3a) First show some sentences in 3a , and ask students to fill in the blank with the TV show words
