Task 1 Greetings and lead in the topic by playing a guessing game

Task 2 Watch a video of Yunnan rice noodles

Step 8 Task 8 Each group chooses a kind of noodles and design a recipe.

The students work in groups of six and design a recipe. Some of them put or draw some pictures on the paper. Some write the recipe. While they are writing, the teacher shows some nice pictures of special food in China and play a piece of music. When the music stops, the students should finish their writing. After they finish their writing, the teacher asks the captains and their partners to show their recipes to us.
