本课(Lesson4)教材分析:

本课为冀教版教材五年级上册内容。本单元共6课,本课为第四课。是基于对family这一话题的进一步讨论,了解每个家人的喜好并练习用英文表达。

本课主要介绍李明及家人的喜好,属于My family这一话题。主要句型是I like to…和He/She likes to …。所涉及的是学生熟悉的活动,如go for a walk, plant flowers,water flowers ,cook ,go shopping ,read books ,work on the computer等。重点区别like to与likes to。

学情分析:学生们对于家庭内容的学习有一定的语言积累,在原有知识的基础上进行学习与练习,并进行巩固,能达到灵活运用的目标。

教学目标:1.知识和技能目标:

(1)灵活运用read books等动词短语,并能听懂、会说、认读并书写下列词汇:flower,cook,plant,water,go for a walk。

(2)熟练应用I like to … He/She likes to… 及相关动词词组,培养学生语言运用能力。

2.情感态度目标:

(1)树立学生学好英语的信心,鼓励学生用英语进行表达;

(2)培养学生在小组活动中积极与他人合作,相互帮助的态度。

3.学习策略目标:

(1)对所学内容能积极练习和实践,能主动用英语进行表达和交流。

(2)学生形成主动积极的探求意识。

4.过程方法:通过情景创设,让学生理解句意,并在情景中学习,培养自主学习的能力,获得与同学交流的方法。

教学重难点:

在巩固表示娱乐活动的动词短语基础上,正确区别运用like to与likes to,特别加深对动词单三的理解。

课前准备:

教师:词卡、调查表、图片、录音机等。

学生:对自己的家人的喜好了解,并能介绍家人。

教学过程:

Step 1.Class Opening and Review 1、Greetings:

T:Good morning/afternoon,boys and girls.! S:Good morning/afternoon !(设计意图:

课前问候,热身。) 2.free talk : How many people are there in your family ? What are they ? Please tell me your sister or brother’s name ! What do you like to do ?(设计意图:通过问答复习上节课内容,对family 的内容进行滚动复习,营造氛围)

3、Play a game:guess the action Do and guess 。(所有学生分成两组,每组选派一名志愿者到前面,教师耳语给学生短语内容,前面学生做,下面学生猜测,看哪组猜对多者为胜。)

(Cards:fly kites ,draw a picture , read books,sing a song,watch TV,play ping-pong) (设计意图:通过有趣的猜词游戏,即复习了学过的内容,同时为本课的学习做铺垫,点燃学生的学习热情。) Step2.New concepts: 1、go for a walk T:There are so many interesting things to do. I like to watch TV. I like to fly a kite and I like to go for a walk.( Teacher does the action) Class, look! Go for a walk. Follow me, please! S:“go for a walk”

(设计意图:通过动作让学生认知go for a walk.使学生更加清晰、快速的学习新知。并通过轻松的师生会话,使学生乐于用英语表达) 2、like to…/ likes to…

3.Read books: I like to read books . What does she like to do ? (板书)does 跟读。

4.work on the computer I like to work on the computer .What does the man like to do ? He likes to work on the computer. 5.plant flowers 看大屏幕认识plant flower . On Sundays, I like to plant flowers . What do you like to do ? 6.Water flowers,cook 教学同上。

I like to ... She likes to ... He likes to ... They like to... (设计意图:通过师生交流和板书,自然渗透第三人称单数动词变化的语法知识以及一些日常运动的表达,让学生在理解中进行运用)

Pair work:两人一组,模仿以上师生对话,运用like to 和likes to句型充分用英语进行交流表达,以达到灵活运用的目标。】

Step 3.Practice Listen to the audiotape and answer the questions . Step 4. Class closing . Homework for today ask your classmate,then fill in the charts, and then talk about it.学生在调查时必须用英语进行问答。

本节课的设计力求以学生为主体,以直观内容呈现,以活动为方式,让学生从身边最常见,最容易接受内容开始,由易到难。整节课教学设计的宗旨是为课堂教学服务,让学生成为直接的受益者,有利于提高学生运用语言进行交际的实际能力,有利于增强学生学习的兴趣和信心,最后使学生“乐说”“会说”“能交际”,感到学英语不再是枯燥的背诵和记忆,而是在一定的情景中表达!”
