本节课是一堂写作课。以《魅力中国城》“城市味道”为主线，学习云南米线的制作过程，了解如何用英语写一份食谱，并以此讨论我们家乡的味道——张掖炒炮。通过本节课的学习，学生不但学会了英语食谱的写法，同时又再次领略了家乡的美景，了解了家乡美食。使每位同学明白：“将来无论在哪，都无法忘记家乡的味道”。运用班级优化大师对学生进行小组评价，体现团队精神。
