教学目标

一、知识与技能

1. 学习掌握课标要求的词汇:discussion, happen, may, expect, joke.

3. 学会谈论对电视节目种类的喜好。

4. 掌握动词不定式结构作动词作宾语的用法。

通过练习巩固复习所学知识。

三、情感、态度与价值观

了解各类电视和电视节目的名称和自己的喜好，大力培养学生们的跨文化意识，形成爱国情怀。

教学重、难点

1. 进一步学习运用所学的句型What do you think of ...?来陈述自己的看法；学会谈论自己的喜好。

2. 掌握动词不定式结构作动词的宾语这一语法知识；掌握后面接动词不定式作宾语的动词。

教学步骤

Step 1 Greetings

Enjoy an English song BINGO. Step 2 Revision

Do you know what kind of TV shows they are? Please write their names down.

Then ask students what TV shows they like. And talk about them. Step 3 Role-play Role-play the conversation between Grace and Sarah. And answer the questions. 1.What did they do in class? 2.What TV shows do Sarah's classmates like? 3.What does Grace think of game shows and sports shows? 4.What TV shows does Grace love?Why? 5.What are Sarah's favorite TV shows?Why? Finish the exercises together.

Play a reading game. First

teacher leads students to read 2d.

Then

Explain some new words and main points in the conversation. Practice the conversation with their partner. Then let some pairs to act out the conversation.

Step 4 Grammar Focus.

Ask the students to read the sentences in Grammar focus and then do some exercises without referring to the book. Then the students check the answers by themselves. Remind them to pay attention to the phrases: want to do, plan to do, expect to do, hope to do…Finally give the students several minutes to remember them.

Step 5 Pair work 3a Ask students to read the conversation in 3a and try to fill in the blanks with right words. Then ask some pairs to read their conversations. Finally ask the students to read their conversations aloud. 3b Invite a group to act out the survey. Correct the mistakes if any. Step 6 Homework 3c

教学反思

本节课选自人教版《Go For It》教材八年级上册Unit5 Do you want to watch a game show? Section A （2d-3c）部分，本单元的话题主要围绕电视节目（TV shows）展开，继续巩固几种电视节目类型的名称，掌握谈论喜好的句型，以及初步建立动词不定式的意识。

在第一步——warm环节，设置听音乐并伴着节拍，增强了课堂的趣味性，激发了学生的学习兴趣。在第二步Presentation环节，运用图片激发兴趣，同时为引入目标语言I like them, I love them, I don’t mind them, I don't like them, I can’t stand them。在向Grammar的过渡环节，让学生观看News的视频,是康辉的催人奋进的演说词，将课堂推向高潮，顺理成章的达成情感价值观的教育---培养学生的爱国情怀。本节课以“任务型教学法”为主要教学方法，让学生在完成任务的过程中，使用英语获取信息，用英语进行交流，培养运用英语解决实际问题的能力。通过小组活动，学生学会和他人的合作。

不足之处：做到了分层布置任务，但却没有给后进生更充裕的时间去实践自己的任务。每组中总有一些孩子慢一点，没有给他们更多的展示的机会，所以说有教学没有体现出全体的学生。
