Step2: Presentation

1. TV shows

①T presents different kinds of TV shows by pictures.

②Ss read new words after T. ③Play a guessing game.

④Work on 1a and check answer.

2. Likes & Dislikes

Present new words by questions.

S1, 2, 3: I … them. (T helps them answer by using the words: love, like, don’t mind, can’t stand, don’t love / like)

Step3: Practicing

3. Listen to 1b, then check answers

4. Listen again and finish the five questions on PPT.

Then check answers.

Do a survey. Ask your family members for opinions towards different TV shows. Use the expressions in the box to help you. Then write a short paragraph about their preferences.
