一、教材分析

本单元是人教版八年级英语上册的第五单元，包括四个板块的内容（Section A，

Grammar Focus， Section B， Self Check）,这一单元的四个大部分基本上都围绕着“shows”这一话题展开，语言技能和语言知识都是依据这一中心话题而设计的。要求学生学会用句型“Do you plant to watch ...?”和“Do you hope to watch ...?”来询问别人喜欢的电视节目。学完本课时，学生不仅仅是复习前面关于电视节目的话题，更重要的是要学会使用动词不定式。

二、学生分析

学生英语基础知识较弱，虽然对于电视的类型能够很好的区别和使用，但是如何正确地使用动词不定式，对学生来说比较难。因此，教师在授课过程中要多给与细节的铺垫和引导，在学生完成任务时，要给与及时的肯定和鼓励。

三、教学目标
