教学目标

1.知识目标：

A听说读三会掌握单词

man、short、tall、small、thin、big B掌握语言：

This/That … is tall/ short/ big/ small.

C能力目标：提高学生英语口语水平，和运用英语的能力。

教学重难点

1.听说读三会单词

man、short、tall、small、thin、big 2.掌握语言：This man is tall. That man is short. This monkey is small and thin. That monkey is big and fat.

课前准备： Unit2教学课件。教学流程 Step 1: Warm up 1.老师出示上节课学习的单词图片，学生根据图片，快速的说出英语单词。

Step 2: Presentation （新课呈现）

（一）复习Listen and say

1.老师播放Listen and say的录音，学生听录音复习上节课学习的内容。

2.老师出示课本插图，学生根据课本插图，描述看见的人物和动物。

That....is....... （二）Listen and say. 1.老师用PPT出示一张动物园的图片，问学生：What’s this? 学生回答：

It’s a zoo. 老师问：What animals can you see at the zoo? 学生有不同的回答。

老师介绍歌曲：

Today we are going to listen to a song about zoo and animal. Let’s see what animal it is? Step 3：Consolidation and extension（巩固与扩展）

活动一：Do and say 学生五人一组，分别用卡片制作小组喜欢的动物。并且用英语句子介绍这些动物。

They are...... Step 4：Homework 1.用今天学习的单词和句子描述自己的朋友或自己喜欢的动物。
