Ⅰ. Warming- up and revision Ask the students to look at the pictures and retell how to make a turkey dinner and a turkey sandwich.

Ⅱ. Lead-in

1. Ask the Students to look at the picture and say what it is. S: Yunnan Rice Noodles. T: Do you know how to make it? Now, let’s read the passage in 3a and find how to make it. Ⅲ. Reading 1. Tell the students to work on 3a. First, read the words in the box. Try to make sure the meaning of each word. 2.写作指导：

首先，阅读方框中的词汇，掌握其意思，然后阅读短文，整体把握短文大意。

其次，分析有空格的每个句子，根据上下文意及句子结构来确定空格处应填哪一个词。

最后，将单词填在空格上，再通读一遍短文，看是否通顺。
