Section B(3a～Self Check) 【教学目标】

1．能记住并能正确运用下列单词和句型：crowded；

Greenwood Park is the best place to go to on weekends. I think Beijing is the most popular city for visitors. 2．能够综合运用形容词和副词的最高级来描述家乡的地点及特点。

【教学重点】

1．能运用所学的形容词或副词的最高级的用法，根据提示来完成选词填空的任务。

2．能运用所学的形容词或副词的最高级的用法来描写自己家乡的地点和事物等。

【教学难点】

能运用所学的形容词或副词的最高级的用法来描写自己家乡的地点和事物等。

【教学步骤】

Step 1 Lead in

T：Hello! Everyone! There is a good place to go on weekends.Do you want to know it? Let’s watch a video together. 播放有关家乡的宣传片，让学生了解更多有关家乡的东西. 环节说明：通过观看家乡的宣传片，让学生了解更多有关家乡的事情，培养爱家乡的情节。

Step 2 Pre-writing

Play a game T:

Here are five cards, you can click any of them, then spell out the superlative form of each words, you can get certain marks. 请5名同学上台参与活动，有彩蛋和炸弹，增加课堂的趣味性，调动学生参与课堂的积极性，积分的机制更能增加竞争意识。

Finish 3a with the correct forms.

T：First read the words in the blanks. 要求学生读一读3a方框中的单词并理解含义。

T: Let students finish 3a and check the answers,then read the passage loudly. 完成3a部分的任务。让学生读课文，把这些单词填入合适的位置。然后让2～3名同学读课文，教师要注意语音，及时纠正。大家一起订正答案。

Listen to the tape and read after it together. 播放录音，全班同学一起跟读。

环节说明：通过对范文的理解，让学生掌握形容词最高级的句型结构与用法，培养学生的语言综合运用能力。

Step 3 While-writing

Survey in groups. T:

Why do you think of it? 1．完成教材3b的任务。小组调查的形式，让学生根据3b中所提供的信息讨论一下在我们当地最好的地方或者是事情，然后解释一下为什么是最好的。

Step 5 完成教材Self Check“1”部分的任务

1．完成“1”部分的任务。

T：We have learned many new adjectives and adverbs in this unit.Look at the five words given in the box.Can you use them to complete the sentences? 2．让学生朗读“1”部分中的句子，老师及时纠正学生的发音。

T：Make your own sentences with each of the five words in the box. 环节说明：通过本单元重点词汇的灵活运用，让学生掌握其意义和常见用法。

Step 6 完成教材Self Check“2”部分的任务

T：Here are some information and five sentences. There are some mistakes in the sentences. We should correct the mistakes in the sentences according to the information. 1．让学生快速阅读课文，熟知大意，然后让同学们讨论完成“2”部分的任务。

2．先邀请几位同学朗读短文(可以一人一段)，并进行翻译。教师要注意语音和翻译的准确度，及时纠正错误。

环节说明：通过阅读训练，培养学生的阅读技巧与能力，巩固本单元所学的语言知识和语法知识。
