Step 1:greeting and lead-in

greet the whole class and ask the students if they like Yunan Rice Noodles.Show them a video about the story of Yunnan rice noodles to let them know how to cook it. Purpose:Let the Ss know the topic and background of Yunnan rice noodles. Step 2 Reading T:Do you know how to make it?

Now, let’s read the passage in 3a and find how to make it.

Tell Ss to work on 3a. Yunnan Rice Noodles In Yunnan, many people eat rice noodles for breakfast, and even for lunch and dinner. To make this special food, you need to ______ rice noodles, chicken soup, chicken, lettuce and eggs.
