Teaching Procedure

Step1

Revision and Warming-up 1.T:What do you usually do at home? 2.Play a short video and have the Ss say what the boy did to help his mother? 3.Discussion T:Do you help your parents do housework in your family? What do you usually do to help your parents? Ss: …Ss look at the video carefully and say what chores the boy did.

Work in groups and make a list of the chores they do to help their parents. 复习以前学过的动词短语。

通过观看短片及讨论日常生活中怎样帮助父母分担家务来导入主题。

Presentation

1.Show the objectives to the Ss. Make sure the Ss know what to learn. 2.1a. Have the Ss read and understand the phrases. do the dishes sweep the floor take out the rubbish make the bed clean the living room

Read and get to know the objectives of the class. Work in groups. Practise reading the new words and try to remember them. Ss complete the phrases.and check the answers . Look at the pictures and say the phrases. Review and learn some more phrases. 呈现出本节课的学习目标。分组自主学习新词汇。
