二、教学目标（知识与技能、方法和过程、情感态度与价值观）

1、知识目标：使学生掌握并熟悉运用以下词语和句型： (1)milk shake, blender ，turn on, cut up, peel, pour, into. (2)How do you make a banana milk shake? 2、语言技能目标：能运用所学词汇描述奶昔的制作过程，能在真实 情景中熟练运用。

3、情感目标：通过创设情境，学生身临其境感受和体验，使语言学以致用，激发学生的学习积极性。体会在活动中学习英语的乐趣。了解西方人的饮食文化。

三、学生特征分析

农村学生基本都没制作过奶昔，所以学生对该制作过程一点都不了解。因此在讲授过程中，先让学生自己想象一下制作过程，然后让几位同学通过绘画及多媒体展示图片模拟动手操作，使学生对奶昔的制作过程有所认识，在设计本课时，主要培养学生积极动手制作奶昔，使学生自主参与，积极思考。

四、教学策略选择与设计

本部分内容教师用图片展示边介绍素材边讲解制作步骤，并通过课件边演示边讲授，让学生积极观察思考。教师通过屏幕演示教学内容，在教学中随堂进行学习,一目了然

五、教学重点、难点

重点：(1)学习制作奶昔所需的相关词汇和句型
