教学目标

1. 能用“What shapes do you see in the …?” “I see … .” 询问并回答看到的某种形状及数量。

2. 能听懂、会说并认读单词triangle, circle, rectangle, house, bus, ship等。

3. 能注意观察和谈论包含形状的物品,主动与他人沟通交流。

教学重、难点

重点:

1. 能用“What shapes do you see in the …?” “I see … .” 询问并回答看到的某种形状及数量。

2. 能听懂、会说并认读单词triangle, circle, rectangle, house, bus, ship等。难点:

Triangle的发音;正确区分rectangle和triangle。

教学过程

Warming up

T: Let’s play a game: try to say the word or phrase as quickly as you can . 设计意图:快速闪现图片,以抢答的形式让学生复习所学过的与形状有关的词。

Listen and say

Picture 1:

T: You did a good job. Today we will go on to learn unit 2 I like the shape lesson 7. Look! What can you say about the picture?

S: They are ……

T: What do you want to know about the story?

S: Where are they?

What are they looking at?

What are they talking about?

T: Ok .Now let’s watch the video .Try to find the answers.

S: They are in the classroom.

They are looking at the house.

They are talking about the shapes.

设计意图:通过what can you say about the picture? What do you want to know about the story?等问题,培养学生的发散思维。让学生带着问题去看录像,培养其理解能力。

T: What color is the house? What shapes do you see in the house?

S: I see a rectangle….

T: You know so many shapes. How about them? What do they know? Now let’s watch

设计意图:再次播放录音,让学生重点听录音中三个小朋友的回答。

S: I see a triangle. I see a square…

T: (show a square,folded it to a triangle. )

Where can you see a triangle ? Can you give me some examples ?

Show pictures of some triangles, it is stable.

设计意图:通过学生产出,并以实际操作的形式讲解triangle.让学生举例说明生活中的三角形,加强知识与实际生活的联系。

T:Now can you ask Guoguo, Lingling ,and Yangyang?

S: What shapes do you see in the house?(根据学生回答,书写板书)

设计意图:启发学生一起根据课件中提示的问句进行提问。引出本课关键句:what shapes do you see in the ____?并书写板书。同时可以让个别学生扮演Guoguo, Lingling或者Yangyang进行回答。检测学生是否理解对话内容。

T: How many … are there?

Ss: There are … .

T::How about this one ? what is it like?

S: It is round,

T: we also call it circle(播放视频讲解circle。)

Where can you see a circle? Let’s see/talk.

设计意图:引导学生观察图片,培养其观察能力,并播放生活中的圆形,来学习cirlce. 与此同时,让学生带着问题观看录像,明确理解内容。T: What do they want to do ? Now let’s wa tch the cartoon.

S: They want to make a ship.

T: Show pictures of different ship. Now I can make a ship. Can you make a ship? Who can have a try?

设计意图:让学生带着问题观看录像,理解关键词make a ship。并试着让学生上前面来做一做,通过体会理解try的含义。

T: 1.Open your books and follow to read.

2. Read the dialogue by themselves.

3.Read the dialogue in the group of four,

T: Look ! You did a good job today. Now do you want to play some games? let’s try to guess! (出示bus,house,cat,dog等图片)。

T: P1.Guess what it is? (Show the picture slowly)

S: It is a bus.

T: What shapes do you see in the bus?

S: I see circles.

T: How many circles do you see ?

S: I see two circles.

T: P2: How about this one ? What is it?

S: It is ship.

T: What shapes do you see in the ship?

S: I see five rectangles

T: (P3,cat ,P4, rabbit)

Now can you ask and answer with your partners? Please try.

( 出示幅图让学生进行替换练习。之后小组两人展示对话问答。)

四Extension

1.T: we can see many shapes in our life. They are very useful. Do you like them? but the shapes don’t like each other. Why? Let’s watch the video .

S: They want to be the best shape.

T: OK, now this time try to read the story with your partners, try to find their reasons.

Circle: Hello! I am Mr. Circle.You can see me everywhere.The clock, the ball, the pencil and the car. With me the car can run fast. I am the best.

Square :No, no, no! I am beautiful .Look at the box, it is a square. Look at the cushion , it is a square ,too . Come and sit on me.

Rectangle: Hello! I am Mr. Rectangle. You can see me everywhere. Your desk, your pencil case, your ruler and your book. People like me,

Mr.Rectangle.

Trangle: No, no, no, no! I am strong. People like me . Look at the roof (屋顶), the sandwich and the ruler. They are triangles. Look at her nose. It is triangle, too. I am the best!)

T: So what’s Mr. Circle’s opinion?

S: We see a circle in a ball, in a car. So circle is the best shape.

T: How about Mr. Rectangle? Mr.Square? Mr. Trangle?

S; We see …..

T:What about you ? What do you think? Why ? Try to discuss with your classmates. Try to give me the reason.

S: I think circle is the best shape. Because we can see circle in the sun. S: I think rectangle is the best shape. Because we see rectangle in a flag. T: Great ! But l think they are all the best shapes. They make our world more interesting and colorful.
