一、指导思想与理论依据:
《英语课程标准》强调课程从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力。
一年级的学生活泼、乐于模仿。因此,在本课教学中,教师引领学生融入故事情境,以故事情节为载体,通过观察、提问、猜测故事关键信息、角色扮演等一系列多样化的语言活动使学生积极参与教学活动,以达到理解故事、正确朗读故事并能初步尝试运用新语言问答物品数量的目标,提高学生的语言运用能力。通过观看动物视频等课堂活动激发并保持学生的英语学习兴趣。
二、教学内容分析
本单元的话题是谈论为季节。本单元主要学习一年四季,以及选择自己喜欢的季节并简单说明理由或者表达常做的事情。本课时整合了数字和时间的话题,如一年有四个季节、一周有七天、一天有二十四小时等。在了解和交流四季时,教师可以给学生呈现校园的四季景色,帮助学生从熟悉的环境变化开始了解自然界四季的奇妙和美丽。
三、学情分析
本节课的教学对象我校二年级的学生。该班学生思维活跃,有强烈的模仿欲和表演欲,喜爱上英语课。日常教学中,教师经常借助各种图片讲故事,学生通过观察图片,乐于猜测,喜欢角色扮演,表演故事。学生在一年级下册unit4和二年级上册unit3中两次重点学习了How many...can you see\do you have?及相应回答,讨论拥有或看见物品的数量。在二年级上册unit1的韵文中学过How many days in a week? Seven days in a week.这有利于学生理解本课时的交际用语,为学生本节课的学习做了很好的铺垫。
四、课时教学目标设计:
1.能用How many...are there in...?询问一年有几个季节,并用There are....做出回答。
2.能朗读和认读词汇season, sky, blue, green, white, snow,并在实际情景中运用。3.能模仿录音说唱小韵文。
4.在谈论及季节时,欣赏美丽的大自然。

(1)能用How many...are there in...?询问一年有几个季节,并用There are....做出回答。
(2)能认读词汇season。

(1)问句How many...are there in a year?中的are there不能丢掉。
