外研版英语Module 2 Unit 2 That man is short.

二、教学目标：

1、能理解并初步运用表示事物特征的单词tall, short, big, small , fat , thin。 2、能初步运用This\That…… is tall\short\big\short描述事物。

3.能正确规范地书写Aa,Bb,Cc,Dd的大小写。

三、教学重点与难点：

1、听说读单词tall , short , big , small , fat, thin. 2.掌握语言：This monkey is small and thin .That monkey is big and fat . 四、教学方法：

游戏教学法，小组竞赛法，问答法

五、教学用具：

点读机，单词卡片，图片

六、教学过程：

Step 1、Warming up

1、 Let’s sing the ABC song . 2、复习动物单词。

Step 2、Presention

1、教学tall和short a.看两张小鹿的图片，让学生观察其特点，学生很快就发现了个子的高矮的区别，于是教学tall和short。

all---tall,引导学生自主学习tall和short。

b.看图比较并学说He’s tall. 和Oh,he’s short. 2、教学man,big和small,thin和fat。

a.教师把本课的挂图贴在黑板上，呈现活动1。

老师指着挂图中的人教授新单词：man,由an的读音推出man的发音，让优秀学生当小老师。再引导学生说： This man is tall. That man is short. b. 同样方法，用大小西瓜来教学big和small.用肥猪和瘦猫的图片教授新单词：thin和 fat。

c.反义词训练。老师边做动作边说big，让学生边做动作边说small。老师边做动作边说tall ，让学生边做动作边说short，

训练学生的反应能力。 f.让学生理解small and thin和big and fat，并注意它们的读音规则。

g.游戏：老师和学生一起边做动作边说 tall， short， big，

small，fat， thin .让学生理解它的含义。教师播放视频，请学生边看图边听录音。再放一遍录音，每句话后停顿，请学生模仿跟读，然后，请学生以小组为单位练习朗读课文。

3.学习并书写Aa,Bb,Cc,Dd字母。

学生认读并书空字母，教师领读，纠正学生的发音。

指导学生书写。提醒学生逐以字母的正确顺序。

Step 3 Practice 学生四人一小组，拿周围的同学或学习用品来介绍。

例如：Look at the boys .This boy is fat .That boy is thin . Look at the girls. This girl is tall .That girl is short .

Look at the bags. This bag is big .That bag is small.然后选几组上台展示

Step 4 Consolidation

1、小组内进行问答练习

2、分角色练习

Step 5 Homework

1．

熟读并背诵课文。 2.书写Aa,Bb,Cc,Dd各一行。
