Unit 9 Can you come to my party Section B（1a-1f）

教材分析:1a-1f部分通过听说活动拓展单元话题，巩固目标语言的运用。活动1a要求写出一周的对应日期，活动1b复习weekend, today, yesterday, the day before yesterday, 拓展weekday, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow等新词汇。活动1c借用1a和1b的信息进行操练对日期提问的句型What’s today? It’s….活动1d-1e是结合日期等相关信息进行听力检测。活动1f是听力的延续，让学生将听到的信息用角色扮演的方式进行语言输出。

语言知识目标：

1.通过教师自身的情景式导入和与学生互动的问答形式，学习和巩固该话题下的词汇句型，激发调动学生的求知欲，熟练使用以下词汇、短语和句型：the day before yesterday, the day after tomorrow, weekday, look after A: What’s today? B: It’s Monday the14th. A:Can you play tennis with me? B:Sorry, I can’t. I …. 3. 能综合运用can来表达邀请。

教学重点：

1. 掌握本课时新出现的单词、短语和句型表达方式。

2. 进行听力训练，提高综合听说能力。

教学难点：

1. 听力训练。

2．对应日期，日常生活活动中，学生能较为熟练地使用本单元的目标句型。

教学活动设计

Step 1 Leading in ( 3mins ) 1. Teacher asks: How many days are there in a week? What are they? 2. Revise seven days of the week and present weekdays （目的：激活学生与此话题相关的背景知识激活学生的前期知识，培养学生良好的预习习惯。复习星期和日期的表达。真实情景式导入话题，激发学生的学习兴趣）

Step2 Pre- listening（听前） 1. T: There are seven days in a week. Today is Tuesday. Look, it’s a calendar of this month. What’s the date today? What’s today? Write the dates in the calendar, and check the answers. A: What’s the day after tomorrow? B:It’s ... A: What was the day before yesterday? B:It was ... A:What’s today? B:It’s Monday the 14th. 2.Summary 如何询问日期: 询问今天几号的句型：What’s the date today?/ What date is it today? 询问今天星期几的句型： What day is it today? 询问今天几号星期几的句型：What’s today? 表示活动的短语：play soccer, go to the doctor, study for a test, have a piano, look after his sister

（目的：老师引导学生了解星期和日期的表达，以及What’s today?的回答，为后续听力活动做铺垫。培养学生听前预测和聚焦关键信息和关注细节问题的听力策略）

Step 3 While-listening（听中）

T: T asks Ss to practice in pairs by using the target sentence patterns . Write the words in 1b below the correct dates on the calendar in 1a. T: Different people like to invite their friends to do different things. Andy would like to invite Vince to play tennis with him. What’s Vince’s reply? Can you predict? T lets Ss pay attention to the contents of the title and the main questions, then plays the listening practice 1d Ss listen and circleand 1e .Ss listen and match . （能逐步掌握利用听中聚焦关键信息和关注细节的策略，容易地完成听力任务）

Step 4 Post-listening（听后） 1. T: On Tuesday, Vince has to… On Wednesday, he …, He’s really busy these days. Look at another two students’ calendars. Make a dialogue and find a time when you can both go shopping. 2. Ss act the conversation, and help the students in need.

（进一步巩固听力内容，拓展学生思维通过对话练习，引导学生使用礼貌的日常用语Can you hang out…. ,.发出邀请,询问日期时间When…?根据自己实际情况接受或拒绝邀请。能够根据听力材料进行表演对话，）

Step 5 Free Talk（5 mins）

（目的：引导学生礼貌地发出邀请，接受或拒绝邀请, 培养学生学会总结归纳并形成善于交际的品质。）
