Greeting and lead-in Read 2b together. T: We have known something about American food. In China, we also have many kinds of more delicious food, yes? Now I’ll show you some pictures and please tell me what they are.

Step 2: Work on 2e T: I think you must know something about them very much. Now try to answer the questions.

Step 3: Work on 3a T: Many people like to eat rice noodles, especially Yunnan rice noodles. Do you like it? Do you know how to make it? Here it is. Please turn to page 63, look at 3a. Read the recipe below and fill in the blanks with the words in the box.
