一、设计理念及背景：本课教学设计的理念是利用多媒体信息教育平台进行初中英语教学的一个尝试。根据新课程标准以及对本课内容的分析，本节课适合采用的是任务型语言教学（Task–Based Language Teaching）模式，在整个过程中充分发挥“学生的主体地位，教师的主导作用”这一宗旨，创造可行的贴近学生生活实际的语言交际情景和任务，让学生在快乐中体验、实践、使用目标语，进行交际和解决问题最终完成任务，同时让学生在合作学习交流信息和体验成就感，增加兴趣，真正落实教学情景化和教学步骤交际化原则。

二、教学对象分析 本节课的教学对象是八年级的学生。经过七年级的英语学习之后，学生的英语能力产生了一定的差距，特别是在知识和语言技能上的差距比较明显。学生在思维方式上偏重于形象思维，对片面、零碎的材料尚缺乏一定的概括分析能力。他们有一定的兴趣，渴望被肯定，但由于差距，有的学生接受能力差反映能力慢，害怕当众说英语，不敢表现自我。所以我鼓励他们，给他们更多的机会说英语，提高他们综合运用语言的能力，使各层次的学生都有所收获。相反，由于文化差异的因素，学生对英语语言中邀请以及接收、拒绝的交际用语的把握会有一定的困难。

三、教学内容分析

（一）教学内容： Can you come to my party? 是新目标八年级上册第九单元的内容，本节课是第三课时，内容为SectionB 1a-1f部分，围绕“邀请”这一话题，开展教学活动，并以这一主题引出怎样接受或拒绝别人的邀请。本课用have to, must来谈论职责和义务，在语境中呈现了Can you come to my party? Sure, I’d love to. /Sorry, I must prepare for an exam.的问与答及其扩展，通过模仿对话、自编对话、阅读的方式，让学生掌握邀请的英文表达。（二）教学课型：

本课是一个涵盖听、说、读、写、演，学生通过“任型教学的方法，在有趣、开放式的语言环境中，学会观察、思考、讨论和总结，把学生培养成为思想健康积极，有创造型的人才。

V. Teaching Procedures Step 1 Revision 正式上课前，播放英文星期歌给学生听，让学生在轻松的环境中学习英语，又可以为下一步进行星期和日期的对话及提出生日邀请做好铺垫。

(Write it on the blackboard.) 向学生提出邀请，自然过渡到本节课的主题。

Step 4 Group work Ask the students to work in groups like this: A: -What day is it today?

B:--It’s Thursday.

A:--What’s today?

B:--It’s Thursday the 14th .

利用刚刚所学来的向对方提出、接受或拒绝邀请，做到学以致用，及时巩固。

Step 5 listening

Finish 1d. Listen.Can Vince play tennis with Andy? Circle Yes or No. Listen the tape carefully . （听录音完成1d 选择Yes或No，这个听力学生很容易选出来。重点是引出下一个听力对于活动和时间的配对）

Finish 1e . Listen again .Match Vince’s activities with the days in 1d . Get to know the meaning of activities ,review and learn the phrases. (再听一次录音，要求学生更加仔细的听懂每个活动对应的时间，而在听录音之前，也就让学生复习了以前学习过的关于活动的短语，同时也让学生学习了今天的新短语look after. Step 6 Finish 1f Teacher gives more activities and date ,work in pairs to make dialogue. (这是本节课最后一个对话环节，通过学习新的关于日期的表达方法和询问方法，需要学以致用，并和之前的提出邀请这一关键性的话题串联起来。所以要求学生通过游戏的方式对话，提高学生们的课堂参与性。)

对本堂课进行总结，使学生更加明确本堂课的重、难点。

1. Can you come to my party?

Can情态动词，后面跟动词原形.。这里用来表示提出邀请，意为“能”。对别人的邀请我们可以接受或拒绝，拒绝时要说明原因。接受邀请可以说：

Sure! I'd love to.或Sure! I'd like to。注意

to不能省略，I'd=I would。

拒绝别人的邀请，我们可以说；

Thank you very much for your invitation.或Thanks for asking./I’m sorry, I can’t. 接下来应该说明理由。如：I have to help my sister.

2. I have to go to see a doctor. have to必须，不得不，表责任、义务，着重于客观因素所致。有人称的变化，第三人称单数为has to。否定为: do not have to Step 9 Homework
