Step I revision Ask about the TV shows. Step II Lead-in 1

First ask students what TV shows they like. And then talk about them. Step III Role-play the conversation(2d) First ask two students to act out the conversation and then make their own conversations. This step helps to improve their oral english and speaking skills. Step IV Grammar focus Read the sentences together and then help students to summarize the grammar. 动词不定式做宾语的用法： 动词不定式的形式：to + 动词原形

想要 want, 期望 expect, 希望hope, 计划plan, 决定decide ,开始begin,开始start 【拓展】省略to 的不定式 有些动词后面跟动词不定式时应将不定式符号to省去。常见的动词有let, make, feel, help, watch, hear等。例句：

让我来帮助你。 Let me help you. 你能帮助我打扫房间吗？ Can you help me clean the house? 用所给单词的适当形式填空：

Sencondly, ask others to answer. Then ask each of the students to write questions. Ask and answer with a partner. One asks, the other answers, and then ask them to give a report. This step helps to train the usages of the present tense. Step VII A survey(3c) The teacher fist asks students questions: doyou want to watch a movie? Do you hope to watch a sitcom? Do you expect to watch the news? Do you plan to watch a sports show? 3

Step VIII Summary Help the students know when and how to use the present tense. Step IX Homework 1.
