指导思想与理论依据
《英语课程标准》中指出:课程应从学生学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,通过体验、实践、参与、合作和交流的学习方式,发展学生语言综合运用能力。通过创设接近实际生活的各种语境,采用循序渐进的语言实践活动,培养学生用英语做事情的能力。本课从学生六一儿童节生活经验出发导入语言学习,通过创设六一联欢会才艺报名这一真实情景的方式帮助学生直观的感知、体验运用语言。

优化教学设计
落实核心素养》中强调语言能力是学科基础,文化品格是价值取向,思维品质是心智动力,学习能力是发展条件。本课以“儿童节”主题意义为引领,通过学生自主提问,话题讨论的方式发展学生思维品质。通过视频让学生身临其境感受儿童节节日文化,初步了解不同国家庆祝儿童节的方式,拓宽学生视野塑造文化品格。在课堂学习中鼓励学生去思考、合作,体现出关注生命课堂。
教学背景分析
教材分析:
1.本课为北京版小学英语三年级下册第五单元Children’s Day的第二课时。本单元的话题是谈论孩子们最喜欢的节日“儿童节”,以儿童节时间为主线,三课时分别谈论儿童节前、中、后三个时间段的活动。其中第一课时(儿童节前一天孩子们讨论儿童节的活动计划)的呈现,从话题和语言上为本节课的学习做了一定的铺垫。
2.本课教学内容为Lesson 16 Listen and say; Listen, look and learn,本课对话主要内容是儿童节当天Mike分别和Lingling, Guoguo谈论派对要表演的节目。

3.本课主要的语言点是谈论儿童节将要做的的事“What will you do? I will….”。北京版教材三年级下册第15课中出现过“I will have no school tomorrow.”的表达方式,这为本节课的语言学习做了一定的铺垫。
学情分析:
1.本课的授课对象为三年级学生,三年级学生活泼好动,乐于参与英语学习活动。
2.三年级学生对儿童节这一话题有着浓厚的兴趣,有一定的节日生活经验。
3.三年级学生在一年级下和本册上一课学习过儿童节的表达方式,三年级学习了一些关于节日日期的表达方式以及活动的词汇sing, dance, go to cinema, go to the park, go shopping, fly a kite等,这为本节课的学习奠定了基础。其中本课中出现的do magic tricks, have a beautiful voice短语学生发音和理解起来会有一些困难,我会通过图片、拼读等方式帮助学生理解和认读。
教学目标(内容框架)
教学目标:
1.能够正确理解并朗读对话内容,部分学生能借助板书、学习单复述对话。
2.能在情景任务中运用“What will you do?” “I will….”句型谈论儿童节活动安排。
3.听懂、认读有关节日活动的单词或词组:dance, play the piano, play the drum, do magic tricks等。
4.能感受儿童节节日文化,初步了解不同国家庆祝儿童节的方式。
5.能够用恰当的语言赞美他人。
教学重点:
1.能够正确理解并朗读对话内容。
2.能在情景任务中运用“What will you do?” “I will….”句型谈论儿童节活动安排。
教学难点:
1.能够用恰当的语言赞美他人。
2.能理解、认读a beautiful voice, do magic tricks。

Step 1: Warming up
1. Watch a video: Children’s Day
T: Pay attention: What holiday is it? 【设计意图】:通过观看儿童节视频唤起学生对节日的美好回忆和期待,激发学生学习兴趣,为本课做铺垫。
Step 2: Leading in Free talk: T: Do you remember that day? What holiday is it?
When is it? What did you do on that day? Do you like it? Why? What will you do on this Children’s Day?

【设计意图】:呈现谈论话题,激活学生语言,调动学生思维参与课堂。
Step 3: Presentation

【设计意图】:观察主题图, 呈现对话情景与主人公,关注非文本信息,培养学生观察能力与描述图片能力。
2. Watch the video:理解对话大意:整体听对话(无文字)
T: What will Lingling/ Guoguo do? How about Mike? S: Lingling will sing a song. Guoguo will dance. Mike will play the piano.
3. Watch the video again: 深入理解对话:再听对话
T: Why will Lingling sing a song? S:She has a beautiful voice. She can sing well. T: Who has a beautiful voice in our class? S…

4.完成对话学习,梳理对话内容
【设计意图】:通过观察主题图了解对话情景和观看无文字动画完成设置任务,整体把握对话内容。通过问题引领和情景体验深入理解对话,教师引领复述对话完成对话学习。这一整个过程培养了学生自主思考问题和提取关键信息的能力。

【设计意图】:通过跟读、分角色读、复述对话等多种练习方式强化学生对对话内容的理解,体会语音语调,内化语言。通过小组合作的形式关注全体学生参与。

延伸情景,学习词汇,了解不同国家庆祝儿童节的方式
T: Guoguo, Lingling, Mike are very happy because they will have a party on Children’s Day. Where is Mike from? Do you remember? Does he have Children’s Day in Canada? Let’s have a look.(出示加拿大儿童节信息) T: Look! Here are two Mike’s friends from different countries.

“play the drum, do magic tricks” (通过图片、拼读等方式帮助学生理解和认读) 【设计意图】:通过延伸情景儿童节联欢会上来了两个新朋友,学习新词汇,拓展其他国家儿童节的活动,让学生感受儿童节节日文化,初步了解不同国家庆祝儿童节的方式,拓宽学生视野塑造文化品格。在情景中让学生主动参与了解人物,通过自主提问的方式,培养学生质疑精神,调动学生思维参与课堂。

(1). Ask and fill the table(信息差活动—语言交际)
T: Children’s Day is coming. Here is a programme of Guangming Primary school. Do you want to know what they will do at the party? Let’s read it. If which one you don’t know, you can ask your partner and fill it. A: What will (Lily/ Sara/ Tom/ Baobao and Yangyang) do at the party?

(2) Retell the programme to our friends (读提取信息—支架支撑进行语言输出) T: Can you tell us something about their Children’s Day? Think about it by yourself and then say it with your partner. Tick and say: June 1st is Children’s Day. They will have a party (in the classroom/ on the playground). It’s from 1:30p.m. to (5:30p.m./3:30p.m.).

【设计意图】:儿童节节目单的阅读让学生了解和熟悉生活中常见的应用文体的阅读,能通过读节目单获取信息,培养学生快速提取信息的阅读能力。通过信息差的活动,让学生在真实有意义的语境下交流和运用语言,最后达到通过语言支撑用英语描述活动即输出语言的目的。
Step 7: 语言知识沉淀与评价总结(Summary)
对本节课所学的重点知识进行总结,并进行课堂评价。
Children’s Day is a holiday for all the children. You can do a lot of things what you like on that day. You can have a party. You can go shopping with Mum. You can go to the cinema. Children’s Day is coming. I hope you will have a happy, special, unforgettable Children’s Day.
Step 8: Homework 1. Read the dialogue. 2. Know more about Children’s Day in other countries and make a poster.

板书设计:
学习效果评价设计
1.教师评价:本课人人都是课堂的参与者,学生个体以口头评价为主要方式,结合儿童节这个主题,在课堂中给予给出重要反馈的学生气球奖励,以此来调动学生的学习积极性与求知欲。并且以小组为单位,开展小组竞赛,获得气球越多的组,将会成为最终的获胜组,达到增强学生集体荣誉感,积极团结协作的目的。
2.学生评价:对于课上表现良好、回答问题准确的同学给予口头和手势表扬;对于反馈不是很好的同学给予鼓励。
3. 生生评价:课堂活动过程中学生与学生之间进行简单有效的互评。
