Step1. Two-minute-show

Ask a student to give the two -minute –show : the weather report. Step 2. Presentation

Let the Ss look out of the window and ask : What’s the weather? What’ s the weather like? Is it raining？

Is it snowing? Is it sunny? Help the Ss answer : Yes, it’s sunny. The teacher says : So I’m wearing a coat . Show the two word cards : wear , wearing . Let the Ss repeat after the

teacher . Point to a pupil and say : And you are wearing a black coat . Point to one of the boys and

say : And the boy is wearing a red and blue coat . What about her ? She is …. Teach : wearing . Help the Ss answer : She is wearing a green coat .Let the Ss repeat after the teacher .

Show PPT and ask : What’s weather ? What’s the weather like ? Help the students answer : It’s raining .Continue to say：It’s raining now , so the girl is wearing a raincoat . Show the word card : raincoat .Teach the word . Show PPT and say : This is a raincoat . And why is the girl wearing a raincoat ? Why？Show the word card : why . Teach the word .
