教学过程

Step 1:Revision

Task:Let students have a task by using Ekwing，reviewabout the last lesson. Finish the task by Ekwing about the last lesson.

In our family we like different shows. Mymother likes watching(1)______. She thinks they are

的节目类型，检测学生对文章的熟练程度，为学生回答后面的问题奠定基础，由此让学生回顾描述电视节目的形容词。

Step 3:Presentation

Question 2:What is your favorite cartoon?

Question 3:Why do you like it?

Students think about these three questions andtalk about their favorite cartoons.

【设计意图】该任务意在引导学生利用翼课网平台阅读课文，通过回答问题整体感知课文内容。学生要回答问题，必须运用略读技巧捕捉有用信息，进而获取文章大意。为了提高学生的阅读能力，笔者通过翼课网平台带领学生阅读，并利用翼课网平台对学生进行测评。

Carefully-reading

Read the passage carefully and silently to findthe specific ideas.

Give students three tasks.

Task 1:Read the passage carefully and completethe time line. (见图

1)

Then ask students to discuss the answers withtheir partners.

Task 2:Read the passage again and fill in thefacts about Mickey.

(3)What was his first cartoon?

(4)Who is his girlfriend?

(5)Why is he popular?

Then ask students to show the answers.

Task 3:Read the passage once more and discussthe questions in groups.

(2)Do you think Walt Disney is a smart man?Why or why not? / Do you want to be like him?

Then ask students to discuss the answers ingroups.

【设计意图】此环节为细读环节，目的是锻炼学生寻找细节的能力。第一个任务要求学生通过完善时间轴的内容，把握文章信息。目的是培养学生的寻读能力。第二个任务要求学生注意阅读材料的细节问题。在完成任务时，要求学生仔细默读短文，找到有用信息，并进行记录。第三个任务要求学生读完短文后，结合文章与实际情况，讨论并回答问题。
