Next watch a video：A bite of China.(T: What is the video about?Do you know the ingredients of making Yunnan Rice Noodles?) Next read3a quickly and fill in the blanks. Then look at the pictures and number them according to the contents of 3a. Then retell 3a according to the mind map. Finally,talk about Xiaoxian MianPi and its history. Step 2 While-writing Teach the words of making Xiaoxian MianPi(3b) Then the teacher give them the tip (Your writing will be easier if you write an outline first) and outline (3c) Next let the students write their own recipes. Then check the work.
