【教学过程】

一、Warming up and Revision

1. Greetings.

老师用简单和学生打招呼。

2. Listen and sing.Then divide groups. 听并学唱歌曲。

3. Let’s play and read.

做游戏“找出小动物名称”，复习巩固上节课单词。

二、Presentation 1.Lead-in. T：I have a friend.He is a clown. Let’s look at him.出示图片

2.Let’s learn new words. 打开幻灯片学习本课新单词：man, fat, thin, tall, short, big, small. 板书出示课题

2. Find out the antonyms and read. 根据每组图片中事物的对比，叫学生找出形容词，然后集体读一读。

(1)观察图片: Why is the man so tall?引出本课话题。

(2)带着问题来看课文听录音模仿语音语调。

(4)看着板书齐读。

三、Practice 1. Look and say. 看这几个形容词并读一读，然后根据图片描述，如：This panda is fat.学生先观察第二，三幅图指出的是哪个动物，并请几位学生描述特征。21教育网

【教学反思】

本课选自《新标准英语》三年级起始三年级下册Module2 Unit2 That man is short.本单元主要学习运用恰当的形容词描述某人或某物的特征来学习几对反义词：tall-short, big-small, fat-thin，形容词+and+形容词的用法是本节课的难点。以下是本人本节课的反思：

深入研读教材是教师备课中最重要的环节，以后在备课中应着重从以下几个方面对教材进行研读：研读单元整体

；研读课时划分；研读教学目标；研读知识点前后联系；研读教材编写意图。

及时有效的评价方式能培养学生的自信心，激发学生的竞争意识以及团结合作的学习氛围，自己忽略了这一点，口头的加分并不能很好地调动起学生竞争意识，教学中应与评价同步。

小学三年级开始要重视学生规范地拼写单词，这就要落实到每堂课中。教授单词时要注意单词的音，形，义的结合。

本课重点是用形容词描述人或物，使用多媒体软件希沃5的教学功能将信息量更大，充足的输入并确保高效的输出。让学生们在活动中教学，让学生在做中学，学中玩,积极尝试使用英语，提高学生英语口语水平和运用英语的能力,提高了课堂效率，希沃5的教学功能有很多，还需要更进一步深入的学习。
