Step 1: Free talk Do you usually help others ?

设计意图：通过谈论助人为乐入手，开门见山，直奔主题。

Step 2: Watch a video Have you ever seen those people in our life?

Who are they? 设计意图：引出词汇“volunteer ”的学习。

After watching, guide Ss to answer the questions and present the word“volunteer”. Step 3: Presentation & Practice 1.

Talk about the work we do to master the target language.

Suppose today is Volunteer Day, ask Ss what they would like to do. 3.

Group work What other volunteer work could we do? Have Ss list some other ways. Then，present their ideas. 设计意图：通过描述图片，谈论我们经常做的志愿活动，过渡到操练句型。小组合作过关短语学习，调动学生的主动性。同时，集思广益，拓展助人为乐的方式。
