一．教学内容分析:

本课是《义务教育课程标准实验教科书.英语》(人民教育出版社)八年级上册第八单How do you make a banana milk shake?第一课时。本单元的中心话题是学习询问和描述一种食物的制作过程,本节课学习“询问和描述香蕉奶昔和其它水果奶昔制作过程。”主要语言结构为：祈使句的运用。通过本课的学习进一步培养学生的跨文化意识和综合语言运用能力。

本单元分为Section A, Section B和Self check三部分，Section A提供了本单元教学的基本词汇和语言结构，并通过简单的语言活动进行操练和巩固，Section B是学生在掌握了Section A的基础上知识的拓展和延伸。

二．教学目标：

学情分析：

本课教学对象为八年级的学生。我校初二年级学生思维能力发展较快，好奇心强，喜欢探索新鲜的事物，喜欢动手参与。但语言运用能力较为薄弱，不完全具备新课程理念要求的自主、合作、探究、实践的能力。

针对本课时的教学内容，及学情分析，我确定的教学目标为语言知识、语言技能、学习策略、情感态度和跨文化意识五个方面的内容。

(1) 语言知识目标：

1）学生通过学习本课，掌握有关制作香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉的词汇：

原料类的：milk shake, blender, yogurt, honey, watermelon,

动词：

peel,

cut up，

put

in,

pour

into,

工具类：spoon, pot, bowl

顺序词：first，next，then，finally

2) 了解以下语法：

─How do you make a banana milk shake?

─First, peel the bananas…

② ─How many bananas do we need?

─We need three bananas.

③ ─How much yogurt do we need?

─We need one cup of yogurt.

(2)语言技能目标：

掌握正确用how much和how many对事物的数量进行提问。

使用祈使句正确描述做简单食物的过程，正确运用表示顺序的词。

培养学生听、说的技能，增强学生的语言表达能力。

(3)学习策略目标：

结合本课时，学生通过学习、模仿、实践，在任务型学习中形成自主探究式的学习，掌握一定的语言基本知识和技能，建立初步的语感，为真实交际打下基础。

(4)情感态度目标：

通过食物制作过程的学习，让学生对烹饪感兴趣，体会在活动中学英语的快乐，培养学生共同完成任务的合作能力和实践操作动手能力。让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易，使学生懂得不能浪费食物，珍惜他人的劳动成果。

通过电器的使用，渗透用电安全教育及节电意识。

(5)文化意识目标：

了解西方人的饮食文化。结合中国传统节气“冬至”吃饺子习俗，布置作业，感受中西方不同文化的差异。

三．教学重点和难点

教学重点：

1、词汇：

milk shake, blender,turn on, cut up, peel, pour 2、重点句型: How do you make a banana milk shake? First, Next, Then, Finally.

3、祈使句的结构和用法。

教学难点：学会制作奶昔并用英语对其的制作过程进行描述。

四、学情分析

本课的教学对象为八年级学生，这个阶段的学生思维能力发展快，好奇心强，喜欢探索新鲜事物，喜欢动手参与，也喜欢竞争，针对这些情况，在教学中让学生有更多的亲身体验，设计简单而有趣的活动吸引学生积极参与，并引入竞争机制，使学生对学习英语产生兴趣，顺利完成学习任务。

五.设计理念

本节课我主要通过高效课堂分组教学及情景交际法,并采用多媒体课件进行教学。因为兴趣是最好的老师,为了激发学生的学习兴趣,我设计了生动形象的图片及动画来吸引学生的注意力。按照高效课堂教学的基本理念,课堂任务的设计选择贴近学生实际生活的话题内容还有游戏配合。提供符合真实生活的学习情景,通过自主,合作,探究培养学生主动学习英语的兴趣,自学能力和合作能力。让学生多说英语,在用中学,学以致用。

六.教学过程

Step1: lead in . Show some pictures and review the names of some fruit and vegetables .

T: Do you like fruit? What’s your favorite drink? Today ,We are going to learn a new kind of drink—a banana milk shake, do you want to know how to make it?

Step2:

The teacher take out the bananas、

milk and the blender ..teach the word:“blender”.then the teacher makes the banana milk shake .let the students look at carefully then teach the words:peel, cut up, pour…into,.Put…into. turn on and drink ,let the students read the new words .

Step3:

1a:Later show some pictures about the steps .let the students fill in the blanks with some expressions

Step4:

1b:Listen and put the instructions in the right order.

1、peel three banana

2、cut up the bananas

3、put the bananas and ice cream in the blender.

4、Pour the milk into the blender

5、Turn on the blender

6、Drink the milk shake

Step5:

1c:Tell your partner how to make a banana milk shake.

Step6:

All the students look at the pictures and say the process of making a banana milk shake together.

Step7: Let a student come in front of the blackboard, and make an apple milk shake and say the steps.

Step8:Groupwork.

Write down the process of making other fruit milk shake in group.

Step 9：Homework

1、 Make a cup of milk shake for your parents.

2、 Write down how to make an orange milk shake

教学后记：整个课堂气氛活跃,学生感到这节课非常新颖。大部分学生能掌握好本节课的重点句子:祈使句。而且课后他们还会感兴趣继续动手制作其他水果奶昔,这样他们可以亲自体验生活又可以练习用英语描述活动过程,对他们今后学习英语产生很好影响。
