1. Revision（复习）

T: Let’s review the useful words and phrases of the passage. T: Now look at these phrases and sentences. Can you try to write them in English?

2. Discussion（讨论）(Work on 3a) T: We all have known that in American history, people now still remember two events. The first one is the death of Dr. Martin Luther King. The second one is the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in New York. Are there any events you remember well? Now, let’s talk about

an event you remember well.

(教师把学生分成几小组让他们进行讨论，还应该四处走动进行相应的指导。)

Have Ss read the example given on Slide 6.
