基本的教Step 1.Lead- in 学流程

1、Greeting 2、Show a video about mothers

T：Do you know Mother’s Day is coming？What can you do to give thanks for our mothers？How about making food for her？

(目的：通过观看视频，激起学生对母亲的感恩之情，同时激起学生学习本课的兴趣。) 3、Show the title and learning aims

（目的：通过展示学习目标，课前对课文重难点做的心中有数，学习的目的性更强。）

Step 2.Presentation 1、show the type of the class and tell students that they need to pass four stops.

（目的：课堂形式游戏化，通过熟悉的“一站到底”节目对本课的课堂形式初步了解，激发学生的兴趣。）

2, Stop 1 Review and have a competition T:Do you remember what food we have learnt? Can you cook these foods? Let’s have a competition

（目的：以lucky number的形式进行比赛，以游戏的形式复习学过的几种食物制作方法，同时也是为下文的写作做铺垫。）

2、Stop 2Learn new food （1）Watch a video and know about the story of Yunnan rice noodles

T: Yunnan Rice Noodles are a symbol of love. Do you agree? Yes! Let’s learn to cook it with our love. Please fill it with your love for your mother. （目的：通过观看云南米线起源故事，让学生感受这是一份充满了爱的美食，引导学生带着对妈妈的爱来学习烹饪这份美食，引出下文。）

（目的：通过展示制作米线的材料，为学习制作米线做准备，也是在为后续的写作储备单词和短语。）

Present 3a and ask students to finish it. （目的：通过完成书本3a部分，使学生对云南米线由“说”

到“写”，进一步巩固上面学过的知识点，同时让学生对recipe的写法初步了解）

Analysis the layout of the article

T:Just now you made a report. What is it about? Yes, ingredients and steps. They form the main part of a recipe. What else do we need if we want to write a recipe? Ss:the beginning and the ending T:can you add some beginnings and endings? Ss:...... （目的：通过3a的文章，带着学生分析recipe应该怎么写，前面学生的competition及report都是对main part写作的伏笔，学生也已经得到了足够的锻炼，所以在这一部分我还要求学生自己去想一些开头及结尾，为下面的实操写作做铺垫。）

3, Stop3 Who is the champion of cooks?——Practical writing (1)

Present and analysis the composition

（目的：

以厨王争霸赛的形式引入写作，激起学生写作的兴趣，分析写作的时态、人称、体裁，为学生作好写前准备。）

（目的：写前熟悉评分标准，以便学生抓住得分点，展示outline，帮助学生写作，降低难度。）

Stop4, Evaluation----Post-writing T: Check your article with the chart and give points. T:communicate your article with your classmates in your level and value his or her article. Then I’ll pick someone to

show how you value it.

（目的：一改教师评分的传统，学生自评、互评、师生共评，形式多样，调动学生的积极性，加深学生对写好一篇高分作文的印象。）

Step 3, Summary （目的：对本课要点再次总结，加深印象。）

Step4 ,Emotional education

（目的：鼓励学生说出爱、表达爱，同时通过行动帮助妈妈减轻负担，为妈妈烹饪a special meal,对学生进行情感教学）
