1.整体设计思路、指导依据说明

本节课是一节听说课，注重培养学生的听和说的技能，利用多媒体（PPT）将听说读写渗透到教学，实现听说课的整体教学。因为本课主要涉及饮食制作的英文表达，制作过程中的动词短语和顺序词的使用，因此，通过谈论最喜欢的食物和饮料引入本课话题，接着让学生通过观看奶昔的制作视频激发学生兴趣并学会目标语言，扫清听前障碍。听中让学生先读懂需完成的听力任务，掌握听力技巧，然后再进行听力训练，从而提高听力水平。听后设计了Pair work 以及Group work 帮助学生运用、巩固所学的知识，即食物制作过程的介绍，并引导学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易，使之懂得不能浪费食物，珍惜他人的劳动成果。

2.教学背景分析

教学内容分析：

本节课是人教版教材Go for it八年级英语上册Uint8 Section A 的第一课时，是一节听说课。本课时中心话题是学习询问和描述一种食物的制作过程，它介绍了香蕉奶昔的制作方法和步骤。通过本课时的学习，让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易，使之懂得不能浪费食物，珍惜他人的劳动成果。

学生情况分析：

本课的教学对象是八年级的学生，通过一学年的英语学习，学生已具备一定的语言学习基础，如食物的名称、一些顺序词的使用，为本节课的学习做了语言铺垫。但是，受学生生活环境的约束，可能有些学生不善于用英语表达食物的制作过程。

3.教学目标（含知识目标、技能目标、情感目标）

1、知识目标：

1）、能理解以下词汇：shake , milk shake , blender , turn on , peel , pour ,put…in…, cut up 。

2）能掌握以下句型：How do you make a/an … milk shake ? - First… , next… , then… , finally… .

2、能力目标

1）能询问并运用顺序词描述食物制作的步骤。

2）能根据所学食品制作的描述，在创设的情境下对食品制作过程的安排。

3、情感目标：

通过食物制作过程的介绍，让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易，使之懂得不能浪费食物，珍惜他人的劳动成果。

1、掌握表示食物类的单词、顺序词以及几个重要的动词短语。
