本单元的主要学习内容是形容词和副词的最高级。经过Section A 和Section B 前半部分的学习已经基本掌握形容词和副词的最高级的变形和基本句型的表达。3a到4的部分是本单元的写作训练板块。从3a语篇练习提供写作示范到让学生介绍家乡的语言输出，到最后要求学生谈论中国最佳城市，使学生学会在语境中运用语法要点，同时引发学生对家乡的热爱。

学生现在对形容词和副词最高级已有较为清晰的理解和认识，也掌握了变化规则和基本句型的表达。为了进一步让学生掌握用最高级来描述人或事物，本堂课主要进行相关写作练习。先通过阅读3a作为写作范本，接着以“向即将搬入廊坊的Bob介绍我们的家乡”为任务主题，结合实际，口头表达自己的家乡之“最”，来练习最高级句型，然后组内讨论the best city in my heart 最后形成一个报告。由句子到文章，由简入深，循序渐进，复合学生的认知规律，同时也锻炼了学生的发散思维，对本单元话题进行了提升。

Knowledge Objectives

To enable Ss to write an article with superlatives. Ability Objectives

Be able to make comparisons in real life and use superlatives to describe somebody or something properly.

Moral Objectives

Help Ss to observe our own hometown and introduce the best places to others. Make Ss be proud of our hometown. At the same time, Ss can have a look at the best city their hearts, and imagine their dream life. Hope Ss can work hard for it. The Situation Teaching Method Teaching activities

T puts some adjectives and adverbials on the screen and ask Ss to say their superlative forms as fast as they can.

First Reading T introduces a new student “Bob” to class. “Bob” wrote an article about a park in his hometown. Ss need to read the article and fill in the blanks with correct superlatives forms.

Second Reading Learning activities Ss look at the screen. Stand up and say the superlative forms if they know. Purpose 1.

To help Ss to review superlatives learned before. 2.

Step 3 The best places in Langfang T tells Ss that “Bob” is going to move to Langfang next year. But he knows nothing about our hometown. Ss need talk about the best places in our hometown and give “Bob” some advice. T present some places and relevant information like that:

Ss are supposed to compare three places each time and make sentences with superlatives according to the information on the screen. For example,

Step 5 T ask Ss work in group and compare The best cities in my Beijing, Qingdao and Chengdu. T has heart Ss discuss which city is the best one, where do they want to live in and give reasons with superlatives, Ss discuss the best city in their heart and make a report. Then Ss share it with others

课堂反思

本堂课我是从词到句，再由句到作文，最后形成报告。整堂课是由简到难，由浅入深，由口头到书面再到口头报告，这样的教学安排符合学生的认知规律，易于学生们的理解和掌握运用

在课堂上，我运用了情景教学，邀请了一位虚拟学生“Bob”, 先由“Bob”介绍自己的家乡，成为学生写作的范文。然后告诉同学们“Bob”要搬到廊坊，请大家描述一下我们家乡之“最”，来帮助Bob适应环境。如此一来，学生们结合实际，在自然的语境下练习用最高级描述事物。同时，也让大家真正的去观察我们家乡之美，为家乡骄傲。

课堂上最后一个任务是让大家比较三个城市，选出心中最好的一个在未来居住。在练习最高级同时，锻炼学生发散思维，对未来有所期。并懂得要为梦想而努力！
