【课标依据】：

1. 能用词组或简单句为图片写出说明。

2. 能写出简短的文段。

3. 能在教师的帮助下或者以小组讨论的方式起草和修改作文。

【教材分析】：

Section B 3a-3c是本单元的写作板块。活动3a是关于云南过桥米线的填空练习，让学生通过读写活动，进一步巩固食物制作过程的表达。同时可作为写作苑例。活动b是写作准备，先让学生思考，即将要写的特色食物及所需食材。活动3c要求学生为特色食物写份菜谱。3a提供苑文，b要求学生准备材料，3c落实到写。整个流程体现学生在写作训练中需要进行锻炼的相关过程。

【学情分析】：

学生对写作存在恐惧，要求比较高。学生的词汇储备不足，无法充分表达写出自己的所想。而写作贯穿整个学生时期。为了让每个学生都能写作，帮助学生降低写作难度，培养自信，采用以情境促教学的写作模式，这有助于学生构思，顺利完成写作任务，并养成良好的写作习惯。

【教学目标】：

1. 语言知识目标：

1) 复习学生们学过的或熟悉的传统食物的制作过程。

2) 能够综合运用所学的知识以及根据所给的提示词来完成阅读填空的任务。

3) 能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己所熟悉的食物的制作过程以及所需的原料。

2. 情感态度价值观目标：

通过制作食物的介绍, 培养学生的实际生活能力, 了解生活知识, 增长生活阅历, 培养实践操作能力和动手能力。并引导学生在闲暇之余替父母分担家务，做些简单的饭菜。

Ⅰ. Lead-in

Watch a video about A Bite of China, lead students to know the learning aims. Ⅱ. Warming up T: Today, I’d like to tell you something new, my family is going to open a

restaurant named Fangfang Restaurant during the winter vacation. We need some cooks. I know some of you want to be cooks in the future. Maybe it ‘s a good chance for you to practice. Now, do you want to help me and join us? Ss: Yes. (Volunteers) T: Good, first I need to test you about the steps of making some delicious food. Now, you two choose the number, and tell us how to make them.(从转盘选择一个数字，链接相应的食物，然后用英语说出其制作过程) The two students do the task independently. After testing them, they can be our cooks. If they make mistakes, other students can help them. After that, help the two cooks find more helpers who know how to cook easy food. T: OK. Welcome. (Clapping) I am expecting to see your excellent behaviors in winter vacation. OK? Ⅲ. Presentation.

T: Do you know how to make it? Look at the pictures on the screen and tell us what we need to make it. OK?(利用翻牌技术，给学生展示所需食材，增强直观性及趣味性) Ss watch carefully and speak out the ingredients in this special food one by one. T: Now, let’s watch a video from my friend Mr. Gong about how to make. After watching the video, ask students what Mr. Gong tells us. Help students answer like: the ingredients and steps of making Yunnan Rice Noodles.

Tell Ss to read the words in the box in 3a.

Yunnan Rice Noodles In Yunnan, many people eat rice noodles for breakfast, and even for lunch and dinner. To make this special food, you need to ______ rice noodles, chicken soup, chicken, lettuce and eggs. (Of course, you can also have other things like fish and different vegetables.)

________, ________ the lettuce and cut it up. ______, ______ the chicken into pieces. Then, make the chicken soup very hot, over 100°C. Then, _______ the eggs, meat and lettuce in the pot of hot soup, one by one. _______, put the rice noodles into the soup. Now, it’s time to _______ the rice noodles!

2. Ask students to find the details in the passage in 3a like this.

Help students understand the title and three parts of the writing: Beginning, Body part and ending.( Outline)

T: My restaurant will be big we not only need Yunnan Rice Noodles, but also need other delicious food. Now I will give you six envelops with different food names, each group chooses one envelop and discuss about the ingredients you need and how to make it.

Give students two minutes to have a discussion and make a list of the ingredients and the produce. （Hand out some writing paper to the students）

Then tell them to write their recipes according to the outline on the blackboard. (Give students 6-8 minutes to do it.)使用ipad教学中的计时器，控制活动时间

As they work in groups, teacher walks around and offer help if necessary.

Show Time After students finish writing, teacher takes some photos of their writing, and sends them on the screen. Then check them and correct the mistakes.(利用ipad教学中的拍照上传功能，同时发送至白板上，师生一起赏析纠错，共同提高) At last, choose the best recipe (good hand-writing and proper content) T: OK, you all did good jobs. (Clapping) Now, my cooks are ready, the recipes are also ready, so I believe my restaurant will be very popular in the future. Welcome to my restaurant then. Can you come? Ss: Yes! Show an example about recipe of making Hot Dry Noodles, and encourage students to think more easy recipes and try to cook food for parents when they are tired after work, they will be happy.（情感升华）
