本课的教学内容分为三部分:一是不同的人对食物的不同看法，引出均衡饮食的概念;二是通过谈论对食物的喜好，对食物进行分类，推出均衡饮食的做法;教材三是构建个人健康饮食金字塔。基于教材中已经学过表达喜欢和讨厌和表述，分析

在Unit 10中呈现了食物的名词和句型，整合出这一节话题课，以期建立健康的饮食观念。

八（9)班的学生普遍英语基础较好，学习兴趣浓厚，有较为完整的思维表达能力，对食物充满了热情，对生活也很有自己的追求，对食物类的名词和相学情关表达的形容词有一定的积累，对科技也充满了向往，跃跃欲试。但由于多数分析

学生来自于农村，对于饮食还停留在传统的甚至错误的观念上，因此很有必要用在英语课堂上科学地引导学生们构建均衡的饮食观念，促进青少年体格的发展，为九年级体育达标测试奠定基础。

学生通过自主预习、小组合作，在广东省教育资源公共服务平台上课前导学：
