本课话题是24个课标话题中的第12个话题，food and drinks, 与学生生活相关。学生通过学习，发展语言能力，优化思维发展，培养文化品格。

本课时学习“询问和描述香蕉奶昔的制作过程。主要语言结构为：祈使句的运用。本单元同样是七年级祈使句的一个延伸。通过本课的学习进一步培养学生的跨文化意识和综合语言运用能力。

学生在七年级时初步掌握了how many 和how much的用法,也比较熟悉可数名词和不可数名词。本课时话题制作奶昔贴近生活，学生很感兴趣，也比较容易上手。。

学情分析

After viewing: Students work in pairs and DIY their favorite fruit salad.

Level B: Try to create （创造）a kind of new food, describe the process. ***说，要让学生德智体美劳全面发展。本节课学生们通过观看视频和亲自动手捏橡皮泥，自主观察制作食物的过程，自己也可以制作美食并描述制作过程，在动手中学会英语。学生对于做奶昔和水果沙拉很感兴趣，但是学生们对于中西文文化差异了解不够，所以我引入舌尖上的中国，引起学生关注我们中华美食，学会给自己的妈妈做她最爱吃的美食。学生在描述自己创造的美食上有些困难，所以我给学生词汇提示，多一些扶手帮助学生.
