教学目标:

1.知识与技能目标:学生能够听说认读短语:Cross the road. 听说读写短语:Do down this street, turn right at the traffic lights, on the left. 句型:Where is the bookshop? Go down the street. The bookshop is on the left.

学习过程中培养学生团结协作,能够利用功能句型进行指路问路的技能。

2.过程与方法目标:通过师生,生生之间的回答讨论等活动激励学生主动感知,模仿,学习和体验,引导学生能够就主要功能句型进行描述,在真实语境中进行交际。

3.情感态度目标:培养学生互相帮助,乐于助人的良好品质。

教学重点:

1.学生通过问路指路的真实语境学习以下词汇,短语和句型:street, turn right/left, on the left/right, minute, where is the bookshop? Go down the street. The bookshop is on the left.

教学难点:

能够在真实语境中运用所学知识进行指路问路。

教学用具:挂图,ppt ,CD

教学过程:

一.Warming-up

1.Teacher introduce herself and let students help her chant. (教师利用Thank you for your help 来评价)

2.Let’s sing a song“follow me” 课前热身,感知练习turn right 、turn left。

3.I say and you do. Practice turn right, t urn left…

4.Let’s do an exercise.

二presentation

创设情境Yesterday, some foreigners came to visit our Huaming community. They are Anna, Mary, Lucy and Lily. They can’t find the way. They need some help. Do you want to help them? F irstly, let’s see where Anna wants to go.

A:Yesterday I came to this community. I want to go to the bookshop. But where is it?

B: Welcome to our community. Go down this street. The bookshop is on the left.

A : How long does it take to go there on foot?

B : It takes a few minutes.

A : Thank you.

B: My pleasure.

T: Where does she want to go?

S: Bookshop.

引导学生说:where is the bookshop?

S1: Go down this street. The bookshop is on the left.

学习go down, on the left/right(手持指示牌让学生来说)

5.PPT 出现地图,学生练习说去书店的路线。(积极问答的同学可以为自己的组选择一个名字,下同。)

6.M ary wants to go to the hospital. So we can say…引导学生说问句教师找同学回答问题,并学习at the traffic lights. 给出线路图pairwork练习说去医院的路线,后展示。

7.Lily wants to go to the hotel. 引导学生说where it the hotel?此时给出线路图A和B两个起点pairwork让学生自己说线路。

8.学生说的时候教师问:How long does it take? T: It takes a few minutes.学习It takes a few minutes。

9.利用教室和学生分组的资源,做成一个社区map,asking ways T: oh, boys and girls look at our classroom, it is also a small community, Where is the …/ can you tell me the way..?

S: G o down…(同学帮忙找到地方教师给出评价T: Thank you for helping me. 生生练习时引导学生说Thank you for helping me。) 教师找一个过了马路就能到地方的同学引导学生说cross the street并学习。

三.Practice

1. Mary wants to know more about our Huaming community. So I will tell them the way to the supermarket.教师给出示范,然后work in pairs

人手一张图,两人一组画图,编写对话,展示给大家。

总结:All of you did a good job and all of you are good student. And

I hope you all could help each other and help other people in need. And to be good friends forever.
