一、教学目标：

1. 语言知识目标：

1) 复习如何制作香蕉奶昔，以及其他学生们熟悉的传统食物的制作过程。

2) 能够综合运用所学的知识以及根据所给的提示词来完成阅读填空的任务。

3) 能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己所熟悉的食物的制作过程以及所需的原料。

4）通过完成Self check的中练习题来全面复习how much和how many的用法。

2. 情感态度价值观目标：

1. 通过制作食物的介绍, 培养学生的实际生活能力。

2.通过制作民族传统食物，向不同民族之间的学生对互相有更多的了解。

3. 通过食物制作过程的介绍, 让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易, 使之懂得不能浪费食物, 珍惜他人的劳动成果。

4. 通过制作食物，让学生享受和热爱生活乐趣。

二、教学重难点

1. 教学重点：

1) 能够综合运用所学的知识以及根据所给的提示词来完成阅读填空的任务。

2) 能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己较为熟悉的食物的制作过程。

3) 能够所学过的知识，熟练制作和用英语叙述的能力。

2. 教学难点：

1）能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己较为熟悉的食物的制作过程。

2）复述制作云南米线的做法。

三、教学准备

PPT、手工艺品、实物（榨汁机、香蕉、牛奶等）

四、教学过程

Ⅰ.Warming up and Revision a.

Introduce them my best friend- “Xiong Er”

b.

Ask students what we need if we want to make a banana milk shake. Name one student to answer.

c.

Let two students come to the in front of the class, and show students how to make a banana milk shake.(one student say the ways of making a banana milk shake in English, the other one make it as his partner says.)

Ⅱ. Lead-in

a.

Teacher tell them that he is going to make a special food in Yun Nan, which is called Rice Noodle.

b.

Teacher tell students what we need for Rice Noodle. And show the things

which made before the class to the students.

c.

Then teacher tell then how to do it and show the process.

Ⅲ. 3a. a.

Tell students to do 3a by themselves. Underline the key words at the same time.

Check the answers together and ask them why to choose the answer.

Students tell their answers and the reason. d.

Teacher tell them things that they need to be careful when they are doing readings. 阅读指导：

首先，掌握方框中单词的含义；并阅读短文，整体把握短文大意。

其次，分析有空格的每个句子，根据上下文意及固定搭配来确定空格处的意思，从而确定空格处所用的单词。

最后，再通读一遍短文，检查是否正确。

Ⅳ.Retelling. a.

Give two minutes to let students tell each other in English. b.

Name one student to retell how to make Rice Noodle in front of the class.

Ⅴ.work on 3b/3c. a.

Give students two minutes to work on 3b and 3c.(Let students to think one of their favorite food or dish. Write the ingredients in 3b, and write how to make the dish in 3c. )

Give advise on how to do this writing part.

Let students tell the recipe each other. Teacher goes around and check, or offer help. d.

Name three students to tell their recipe in front of the class.

They are not in the right order. Please read the sentences and put them in the right order first. Then complete the instructions with the words in the box.

如没有特殊疑问词，则为一般疑问句，则应根据句子的谓语动词来确定将

be动词还是助动词放在句首。

六、教学反思: 这是一堂以阅读和口语训练为主要目的而设计的。通过让学生展示亲手制作奶昔及后面与正课内容有关的米线部分，以及老师在课前准备的有趣工具都让学生极为愿意参加到课堂活动当中，气氛十分活跃。但仍然有很多学生上课不怎么使用英语，而且成绩较为差的学生不敢上台展示和回答。往后的教学中需把这项工作作为重点让成绩差的学生也多加入课堂活动当中。
