教学内容：六年级第四单元第八部分故事《Joe’s favourite hat》

教学目标：

1）知识与技能：

确保学生在课堂上能够理解故事情节，能够带有感情的朗读故事，并掌握其中的一些生词。

2）过程与方法：

课堂上主要采用师生互动、小组合作等方法。

3）情感与态度：

学生在学习故事的同时，体验故事人物对话，感受人物内心。

帮助学生学习故事，掌握故事学习的一些策略。

教学重点：

故事的理解与朗读。

生词：thief, gone,collect等

教学难点：

学生能够在情节的变化中理解故事。

Ok . I’ll take it. 教具准备：

多媒体课件、黑帽子一顶、海报一张、卡片若干。

教学步骤：

Step 1: Warming up: 1.

Greetings. 2.

Sing a song: “one two,one two”

Guess the prices of the hats. Step 2: Presentation：

Elicit the title of the story: “Joe’s favourite hat”. 2.

Introduce the couple and their likes. 3.

Ask students to listen the story wholly by looking at the questions: 1)Where is the hat?

2)Who takes the hat away? A. a thief

B. Sarah 4. Breakthrough the new words: gone, thief 5. Listen to the story partly and answer the questions: 1)Why does Sarah hide(隐藏) the hat?

2)What is the idea？

A. Call 110

B. Write a poster 6. Breakthrough the new word: collect 7.Ask students to go on to read the story and discuss the questions: 1)Does Sarah buy a new dress at last ? 2)Who is the real “thief” in this story?

8.Listen and read after the story. Step 3：Practice: Ask students to read the sentences that they like emotionally. Step 4: Retell the story by filling in the blanks. Step 5:Consolidation.
