一、教材分析：

本部分是在Section A从三明治谈论到美国的感恩节火鸡制作，再到Section B 通过读写活动进一步巩固食物制件的过程的表达，同时引导学生用英语正确表达中国的传统节日和食品名称。

3a-3c 是本单元的写作板块。3a是关于云南米线制作的填空习题，3b是写作铺设，让学生写一份最喜爱的家乡特色食物，并列出食材。3c要求学生为最喜爱的家乡菜写一份菜谱。3a-3c从范文到要求学生准备材料，再落实到写，以层层递进的写作训练流程对学生进行写作锻炼。

Self-check部分检测学生食物制作过程的描述能力，包括区分可数名词和不可数名词，运用How many ---和

How much--- 句型，正确使用表示序列的副词

first , next , then, finally，以及使用祈使句等内容。

二、学情分析：

写作一直是学生比较薄弱的部分，由于学生的词汇储备不足，又不能很好的利用现有的知识，无法充分表达写出自己的想法。为了让每个学生都能写，降低写作难度，采用三梯度的写作模式，有利于帮助学生构思，增强写作的自信心，顺利地完成写作任务。

三、教学方法

：

任务型教学法、现场教学法、直观演示法、合作学习、多媒体教学。

四、教学手段：

本节课以实物教学为主, 并利用多媒体辅助教学，增加直观性和趣味性，以提高教学效果。

五、教具准备：

多媒体、制作水果奶昔和水果沙拉的食材及用具、制作云南米线的食材及用具。

六、教学目标：

1. 知识与能力：

1) 复习如何制作香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉，以及学习其他学生们熟悉的传统食物的制作过程。

2)

能够综合运用所学的知识以及根据所给的提示要求完成制作食物的活动任务。 3) 能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己所熟悉的食物的制作过程以及所需的原料。

4）通过完成Self check的中练习题来全面复习how much和how many的用法。

通过各项活动将教材内容实物化，具体化，给学生创造英语语言氛围，激发学生学习兴趣，突出学生的主体作用，强调真实的实践活动，让学生在实际的操作中学习语言，让使用语言成为教学活动的核心。

T: We all know the saying : An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Fruit and vegetables are healthy food . So today we use them to make some special food to share with each other.

StepIII: Presentation Activity 1: Do you know how to make a banana mild shake? How to make fruit salad?

Prepare the ingredients in advance and bring the ingredients to class. Divide students into groups of six to make the activity more exciting. 1.

Give each students a slip of paper.

Have the students make banana milk shake or fruit salad in groups. T: How many kinds of fruit do you need? How much yogurt /honey do you need? 3.

八年级上第八单元主要内容是学会描述做一些常见食物的过程，并能正确地运用表示顺序的词汇。通过制作食物的介绍，培养学生的实际生活能力，了解生活知识，增长生活阅历，培养

实践操作能力和动手能力。通过食物制作过程的介绍，让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易，使之懂得不能浪费食物，珍惜他人的劳动成果。这节课我结合3a到 self chcek的内容围绕如何制作食物设计了几个教学活动：先从学生较熟悉的香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉制作过程为引课，到3a云南米线的制作过程，再到西红柿鸡蛋汤的制作过程，最后以西红柿牛肉面制作过程为课后作业。整节课围绕着教学任务活动，放手让学生说、让学生做、让学生练，以学生为主体，以活动任务为主线，活动设计重视学生的体验参与，重视语言运用的环境，让学生在自主、合作、探究的氛围中愉快度过，顺利地完成教学目标。

整堂课对学生的语言操练从说到写，以写为重。在展示阶段，各小组的学生完成较好，在小组成员能够积极参加到活动中。在教学中适当运用动手操作教学可使学生在愉快的氛围中学，使学生在情境中进行语言的运用和交流，避免了枯燥无味的死记硬背，这样的教学能激发学生的学习兴趣，增强学生学习英语的信心。

美中不足，我时间上没把握好，语言输出的环节略为不足，没有给更多的学生语言表达机会。这点是我以后在教学过程应该注意和把握的。活动中有的个别学生不善于表现，做得很好也没有给自己创造机会，在平时教学中要加强对这些学生的鼓励，使他们在英语课堂有展现的欲望。

我作为一名英语老师要组织好每一项课堂活动，让学生成为真正的“课堂主角”，让学生时时刻刻都处在体验、实践、参与、

合作与交流的活动中，建立起平等和谐的师生关系，让更多的学生喜欢上英语课。
