4）通过self-check中的内容来全面复习how many 和how much的用法。

情感态度价值观目标： 1）通过制作食物的介绍，培养学生的实际生活能力，了解生活知识，增长生活阅历，培养实践操作能力和动手能力。

2）通过食物制作过程的介绍，让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易，使之懂得不能浪费粮食，珍惜他人的劳动成果。

二、教学重难点 1. 教学重点： 1) 掌握本课时中出现的知识点：cut up, cut ...into pieces, one by one, put...into..., it’s time to do sth. 2) 能够运用所学知识对食物制作进行描述和写作。

2. 教学难点： 对食物的制作过程进行英文的写作和创造性的表达。

三、教学过程

Step 1 Review 1.

Go through the pictures of the dishes learned before, and recall how the dishes are made. 2.

Have one member from each group to talk about how to make the dish in front of the class.

Step 2 Warm-up 1.

Have the students to read the recipe of Yunnan rice noodles and fill in the blanks with the words in the box 2.

Have one student finish the passage in front of the class and read through the passage with the whole class together.

Step 3 Discussion 1.

Have a discussion about your favorite food in your hometown and make a list of ingredients. First, make the students discuss it in the group and then pick one student from the group to share it with the whole class. 2.

The teacher shows what is prepared in advance.

Step 4 Writing 1.

Have the students write down how to make your favorite food. 2.

Have some students share their essays.

Step 5 Brainstorm 1.

Make the students invent a new dish, and try to draw a picture of the dish. 2.

Each group present one piece.

Step 5 Homework Finish the two sets of questions of self-check on Page 64

四、教学反思 这堂课的课堂效果很好，学生对知识点的理解和掌握情况都很好，对如何描述食物的制作方式也表达的比较到位，在一定程度上向学生渗透了珍惜粮食，热爱生活的观念，并且鼓励学生在实际生活中，自己动手，进行烹饪，学会生活，学会享受生活的乐趣。
