Do you like watching TV? Which kind of shows do you like? Help students answer using the following sentences. I like news, game shows, sitcoms, talk shows, soap operas,….

Step 2: Presenting Ask students their feelings about different kinds of shows. 1.Ask students: What do you think of ...? Do you like / love ...? - 1 –

Help them answer using the words: love, like, don’t mind, can’t stand, don’t love / like

Let students read the drills aloud. Step 3: Grammar Focus

Task1. Read and recite the sentencs in Grammar Focus. Task2. Translate the sentences, Fill in the blanks. Task3. summary:动词不定式to do的用法

Step 4: work on 3a—3b

Make a conversation and then practice it with a partner. Ask students to practice the conversation in pairs in 3b. Then make their own conversations.
