1) 通过制作食物的介绍, 培养学生的实际生活能力, 了解生活知识, 增长生活阅历

Ⅰ. Warming- up :magic word 1.Ask Ss: Do you known the names of the food

on the big screen? And try talking about our favorite food in your life. E.g.: dumplings, Beijing duck, Russian soup, salad, turkey, sandwich, Mapo tofu, mooncake, Yunnan rice noodles T:What is your favorite food in these pictures? In my opinion , my favorite

food is Yunnan Rice Noodles. Do you know how to make it? Now, let’s enjoy a video. Is it interesting? Do you think so? Now read the recipe in 3a and find how to make it. Here some tips for you to read it. First, read the words in the box. Try to make sure the meaning of each words. Tips：

首先，掌握方框中单词的含义, 并阅读短文, 整体把握短文大意。 其次，分析有空格的每个句子, 根据上下文意及固定搭配来确定空格处的意思, 从而确定空格处所用的单词。 最后，再通读一遍短文, 检查是否正确。 2. Check the answers with the Ss. Ⅱ. Topic: think of a favorite food in your hometown. Make a list of ingredients. 原料：one tomato, three eggs,葱（Chinese green onion），盐（salt），油（oil）

Step one : 审题(Analyze) 西红柿炒鸡蛋（scrambled eggs with tomatoes）是一道家常菜，它既美味可口又简单易做。根据所给提示以“How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes ”为题写一篇80个词左右的短文。开头和结尾已给出。 步骤：

1.将西红柿切碎；

2.把鸡蛋打破(break)放入碗里并搅拌；

3.往鸡蛋里放些盐并搅拌；

4.将平底锅(pan)加热,锅里放些油,然后放入鸡蛋、西红柿和葱；

One possible version（范文）： How to make scrambled eggs（炒鸡蛋） with tomatoes? Do you like scrambled eggs with tomatoes? The dish is delicious and easy to cook. Here’s a recipe for it. For the dish, you need one tomato, three eggs, some Chinese green onions, some salt and oil. First, Cut up one tomato and some Chinese green onions. Next, break three eggs and put them into a bowl and mix them. Add some salt to the bowl and mix again. Then, heat the pan and put some oil into the pan. Put the eggs, the tomato and the green onions into the pan. Finally, cook them for two minutes.Now you can enjoy it. Ⅳ.

Group work 1. Make up a crazy recipe with your partner. (You may first make a list of the ingredients and the produce.) 2. Tell another pair of students how to make this crazy food. The other pair will have to draw it.

3. Give Ss some examples: 

First, put some yogurt on a piece of bread. Then, cut up one apple, and an onion and put them on the yogurt…

4. Ss try to write about their own crazy recipe in pairs. Then tell another group. 5. See which recipe is the craziest and which group draws the best. Ⅴ. Homework Write a recipe for your favorite food and communicate with your classmates. Ⅵ. 板书设计：
