(温馨提示：根据本节课所学写一个自己最喜爱的食物的菜谱(5')，展示并互评)

教学反思：本节课是一节写作课，通过视频导入，激发学生学习兴趣，顺利导入自学部分，学习云南米线的制作过程，并通过提纲形式让学生来复述云南米线的制作过程，接下来让学生用many/much来填空，既掌握了many/much的区别，又了解了做西红柿鸡蛋汤所需原料，然后让学生师友讨论，对西红柿鸡蛋汤的制作过程排序。拓学部分先让学生讨论自己最喜爱的一道菜的所需原料，然后师友展示，接下来让学生以六人小组为单位讨论出自己最喜爱的一道菜的制作过程，教师指导时态，以及菜谱的格式，最后每组选派代表来介绍自己组的食谱制作过程，教师点评，学生互评。本节课结尾教师布置作业，周末为父母做一道菜，注入德育教育，使本节课的目标得以升华。
