一、教学目标：

1. 语言知识目标：

1) 进行一步复习巩固句型：

① What do you want to watch?

② What do you think of talk shows/game shows/sitcoms/talent shows/news?

③ I like/love them. / I don’t like them. / I don’t mind them. / I can’t stand them.

2) 能了解以下语法：

动词不定式结构做动词的宾语；后面接动词不定式做宾语的动词。

3) 学会陈述自己的看法；学会谈论自己的喜好。

2. 情感态度价值观目标：

学会谈论流行文化，了解各类电视和电视节目的名称和自己的喜欢。

注意引导学生们形成正确的文化观念，大力培养学生们的跨文化意义，形成自己独立的个性。

二、教学重难点

1. 教学重点：

1)掌握对各类电视电视节目的看法的问答句型。

2) 掌握动词不定式结构做动词的宾语；了解后面接动词不定式做宾语的动词。

掌握动词不定式结构做动词的宾语；了解后面接动词不定式做宾语的动词。

三、教学过程

Ⅰ. Leading-in

Show a short video and let Ss watch the video. Then ask questions and help Ss to answer. Then lead in the topic and begin the new class.

Ⅱ. Revision

Review the kinds of TV shows and ask some individuals what do you think of …? and help them answer. Ⅲ. Role-play

1. Show the names and TV shows and let Ss read first. Then play the recording and have

Ss listen and match. Next check the answers from the class.

2. Invite a student to act out the conversation in activity 2d with me to set an example.Then have Ss work in pairs to Practice the conversation. Then invite several pairs to role-play it for the class. Ⅳ. Pairwok

1. Show a picture of an action movie and a conversation with several blanks. Invite an individual to ask and answer the conversation with me to set an example. 2. Show another two pictures and conversations. Invite two other pairs of students to ask and answer.

3. Elicit hope/plan/want/expect to…and write them on the blackboard. Ⅴ. Practice 1. Show the conversation in 3a on the Bb and invite an individual to ask and answer with me to Set an example.

2. Ask Ss to work in pairs to make their own conversations. Then have to write their answers in the blanks in 3a. Then invite several pairs to share theirs with the class. Encourage them to use the infinitives in their conversations. Ⅵ. Asking and answering Work on 3b:

Have Ss read these questions in the chart in 3b and then write down their own answers. Then have them work in groups to make a conversation by using the information in the chart. After that, invite two or three groups to act out their conversations for the class. VII. Grammar focus 1. Have Ss read the sentences in Grammar focus. 2. Have Ss work in pairs to discuss what grammar they have learned. VIII. Writing Word on 3c: Have Ss ask their group members or classmates questions and write their names in the chart.
