Ⅰ. Warming- up and revision T:“Today we’ll go on the travel of Chinese food. We have already known many kinds of Chinese delicious food before,What kind of

traditional food do you know? Can you list some of them?”

Ask students about what your favorite food is in your hometown or your home by your mom or dad?”

T: (Share some pictures of food ) “Do you want to try them? Can you make them?It’s difficult to make them but we can make some easy food..I know a kind of noodles is very delicious named Yunnan Rice Noodles.Let’s learn how to make the dish.”

Now, let’s have a guessing game to guess the ingredients of Yunnan Rice Noodles first. Ⅲ. Reading

T：“Now we have all the ingredients here,but how to make the dish?Let’s read the recipe and fill in the blanks at the same time.”

1.Tell students to work on 3a. First, read the words in the box. Try

to make sure the meaning of each words.

2.Fill in the blanks and check their work. 3.Knowledge points offer. Ⅳ. Writing

Group work on 3b 1) Think of a favorite food in your hometown. Make a list of ingredients. (The teacher gives an example of making tomato egg soup.) Make a report by showing their ingredients on the whiteboard. 2)Write down the recipe for the food they chose,use first,then,next,finally freely.They can follow the example given by the teacher. 3) Let some students read their passage to the class. Give any help if necessary.
