教学内容
1、主题课文
-What are you doing, Baobao? - I’m making a card for Dad. Father’s Day is coming. -Oh, yes. It’s the third Sunday of June.
-What are you writing on the card? - I am writing “I love you. You are the best dad.”

教学目标
(一)知识与技能目标
1、
学生能够在Baobao与妈妈谈论父亲节的情境中听懂、会读、初步使用write和father. 2、学生能够在Baobao与妈妈谈论父亲节的情境中初步了解现在进行时的基本用法,并能学习理解-What are you doing? - I’m making a card.并能在具体情境中进行描述,运用听懂有关询问此时此刻进行的事情及其回答的日常交际用语。
3、学生能够正确、流利地朗读课文、表演创编对话。并且能够谈论节日、节日的大致情况以及描述现在正在做的事,提高语言实际应用能力。能够借助节日用用语抒发对父母的爱。
(二)过程与方法目标
1、学生通过泛听明确本课的主题;通过精听,自主阅读划批等方法,了解本课的主题-父亲节,并且找到一般现在时的句子。
2、学生通过提出问题、找寻规律,明确一般现在时的基本构成。并通过快速反应的方法,了解动词的现在分词。
3、学生通过对一般现在进行时的学习,能够在具体的语境中使用一般现在时,表达此时此刻所做的事。
(三)情感态度价值观目标
在谈论父亲节的情境中,学生能够了解父亲节的由来及大致情况,从而让学生学会表达爱,学会感恩。更重要的是能够了解东西方节日的不同,培养学生的国际化视野及跨文化意识。
三、教学重点
1、现在进行时的用法。
2、学生能够运用现在进行时对自己此时此刻的所为进行表述。
四、教学难点
1、现在进行时的结构。
2、动词现在分词的变化规律。
五、教学过程
Step1. Warming up (1)Greeting. T: Class begins. Stand up. Good morning, boys and girls.
Sit down, please. Ss: Good morning, Miss Yang. T: Listen to a song. Ss: Listen and watch the song. 设置意图: 热身打招呼环节,让学生走进英语课堂。

Presentation and practice 活动1:课堂热身
活动目标:通过提问复习旧知,并引入新知。
实施方法与师生语言预测:
T:

S:It’s on the second Sunday of May.

活动2:呈现哆啦A梦图片,创设情景。
T: Who is he? Ss: Doraemon T: He has an arbitrary door.(任意门) Today he will take us to a place. What is it? S1:It’s a house.
设置意图:设计Doraemon任意门带我们来到一个房子活动,激发学生对本节课的兴趣。
活动3:观察主题图一
活动目标:通过观察图片回答问题了解课文情景。
实施方法与师生语言预设:
出示主题图一,PPT展示疑问词Who ,Where, What 让学生尝试提问:Who are they ?
Where are they?
What is Baobao doing ?
Who is coming? 活动4:听录音,回答问题, 学习课文
活动目标:借助录音和题目信息帮助学生获取课文信息
实施方法:听录音完成相应题目,解决遇到问题
①听第一遍录音,回答问题。
T: Listen to the recording and then finish these questions. What is Baobao doing? Why?
(学生回答出答案,让学生跟读并补充课文句子What are you
doing ,Baobao? I’m making a card for my dad. 注意句子中的ing) ②听第二遍和第三遍录音,回答问题。

C. the second Sunday of July (学生选出字面选项后,让学生找出正确的对应的日历,让学生理解父亲节的日期表达形式) Q2: What is Baobao writing on the card? 学生根据录音填出所缺单词

Step 3. Consolidation and production
活动一:Practice the dialogue
活动目标:通过多种方式让学生熟读课文,从而能够表演课文
1. 全班跟读录音
2. 分角色跟读录音
3. 小组分角色练习
4. 小组展示:分角色朗读表演课文
活动二:Retell the dialogue 1、根据提示给短文填空
Father’s Day is on the third Sunday of June.Father’s Day is coming. Maomao is making a card for Dad. On the card, he writes “I love you .You are the best dad!” Baobao’s mother thinks his dad will like it. 2、根据图片提示描述
活动三:I act, you ask and I answer
One student act, and ask together,the student answer. 设置意图:设计活动,学生参与度高,对于正在做的事情有了更深的理解,呈现本课功能句的学习。
活动四:Let’s do T: Look at the pictures, swim, walk, run, dance, jump. Now what are you doing?
I am swimming , walking , running, dancing, jumping. Ss: The students read the words after the teacher. T: Now let’s use these words to make sentences.The first one. You say the sentence and do the actions. OK? One student comes to the front and do the actions.(swimming) T:What is she(he) doing? Who can answer? S1: She is swimming. T shows the word card. Is she right? Ss: Yes. Let’s ask her together “what are you doing?”
Ss: What are you doing? Now you answer the question. S1:I am swimming. Now let’s go on practicing the other pictures. S2: I am walking. S3: I am running. S4: I am dancing. S5: I am jumping. 活动五:Let’s do T: Now let’s make a phone call . I can give you an example. A student comes to the front and make the phone call with the teacher. Each group has some pictures. You can choose two pictures to make a phone call with your partner. Ss: Work in pairs. Show time. 设置意图:父亲节让学生自己为爸爸做一件事,培养感恩父亲的情怀。
Step 4. Homework 1. Listen and read after the recording 3 times. 2. Think about: Please make a card for your dad or mum. 六、板书设计
